load of rubbish for me today. Heta losing to Hurrell was the final straw for me really with an 83 average. Shocking stuff. Infact I think most of mine lost to duffers.

the top half is wide open now. I suppose Littler has it open for him but Heta beat him recently and Cullen is bang in form at the moment. Bottom half still has Price, Humphries and Cross in it, for De Decker so it will be pretty difficult for him to get into a final. He hasn't hit a decent average yet.

Here's what I'll be going with. Just as a sidenote, DVD is a player I want to keep an eye on between us all in the coming Players Championship. He looks primed to get back into things. I'm not sure he can win this weekend (50/1) but one to keep in thoughts

couldn't go any worse for me, Every player out, that played. Down to 3 already although to be fair, those 2/3 are the main picks. Would have been nice to atleast get a run though, blimey. Awful results.

I like Dobey and Noppert for this event. I'm not interested in anything shorter than 20s tbh and even Dobey is short. Noppert has been here and done it and is also playing well. He was very unlucky in the PC that Searle won. At big odds, O'Connor is the best value for me. Huge odds for a guy that has done well here on more than one occasion.

Another weekend of top Darts, with the UK Open. In Minehead. This is one I'd like to go to, one day. A HUGE event, with 160 players and all within a weekend. Action all the way. 
Dubbed 'The FA Cup of Darts' this is a random draw, unseeded event that helps many players and can make the winner incredibly hard to predict. Aspinall won this at 125/1 back in 2019. 
For anybody wanting a big price, the beauty of the draw is that it will show you the route of the player up until we're down to 64. The random draws start from R4 and so some players must play a lot more than others, of course. Much like the FA Cup, in Football.

I think Humphries is the best bet tonight, for me. Missed the last Players Championship (PC4) and will come into this fresh. He performed well last week and to be fair, was unlucky. I think he gets past Cross without any issue and then he'll face Smith or Aspinall. We saw with Aspinall last week that even when he on fire he couldn't get the better of Cool Hand. I'll also take him to win and hit most 180s in his match with Cross.

oh I see, he is still getting pretty far. He lost out to Rydz in the QF yesterday and tbh he was unlucky because at 5-4 Rydz went 180, 140,140. He's there or there abouts. He may even win today.

I'm of the opinion that Price performs tonight and so that might be abit of value.

I’ve not had a bet on the Premier League yet this year, but PaddyPower are offering 66/1 on Peter Wright to win tonight, which has tempted me to have a dabble. Wright is generally not playing well at the moment, but in an 8 runner race, I’m not sure his odds should be that high - he only has to win three matches.
His confidence may have been boosted by a semi-final run at the Players Championships on Tuesday and he should get a fair amount of support from the crowd with it being in Glasgow tonight.

You're right. 66/1 is ridiculous. If he plays well and beats MVG then he's likely to make the final.
