    In terms of the margin yeah.... but Brady only really needed an average performance (when coupled with Gronk) to get me the 10.7pts needed. Good to see my bench fire in 108 points too.

Kansas upset this team last year and you could argue they were about 10 times worse last year and G. Tech was better. They seemed to know how to contain the option offense. Notre Dame -5 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes I guess I will bite here, they've really been good on offense and just pretty unlucky at times. But this does seem too obvious Texas -3.5 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes With McCoy playing QB I think these guys will do better Illinois -2 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes Not a lot of talk about this team it seems but I've liked this team to surprise some people in the Big-10 this year. Not sure about these Pac-12 teams and how they seem to do against other BCS teams especially on the road Oklahoma -3 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes I think Oklahoma will smoke them. The line is lower then it should be due to there road woes, but the experience of this O-line will give Jones more then enough time to work his way to a good game. Miami -2 to win 1u nit @ 5dimes Really basing this on the Toledo game alone.

Really a fishy line considering the placement of these teams in the standings. But Montpellier is a horrible team on the road and they should come back to earth a bit here.

    NFL 2011-2012 Overall 4W-4L-0P -0.45 units (50.00%) Raiders +3.5 (-115) to win 1 unit @ 5dimes I don't trust in this Bills team at all and I think this was just a delusion created by the Chiefs to have us thinking they are good. The big thing for the Raiders, not that Campbell is exactly great. But McFadden looked spectacular, and the blitzing was great. The Raiders will be a fun team to watch this year

    Re: NCAAF Week Three Picks WVU pick -110 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes I think Maryland is being overvalued because of the Miami game. WVU has won the last 5 of these matchups, the last 4 by DD. Geno Smith has been lights out so far this year. Maryland has shown they can't finish. Miami had a lot of success running the ball against Maryland, WVU has a lot of good options. PSU -7.5 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes Feels like a sucker play with Temple IMO. This will be a good game but PSU will end up pulling away. Bolden had a pretty solid game against them and Royster killed them. With no Royster they could still do some damage with Redd. Temple struggles converting 3rd downs. Even against Akron Temple went 5-12. Not even real sure where they got all that offense from.

    College Football 2011-2012 Overall 9W-5L-1P +3.50 units (64.28%) Last Week 7W-0L-1P +7.00 units Good week in week two, lets hope I can just have a winning week for week 3 Mississippi State +3.5 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes Like the hook here. I think it will be a close game in general though. Miss St got blown out last year by LSU on the road, but it had to have something to do with the 5 INT's they threw. I think they play a little bit tighter on offense then that. After the Auburn game and the abysmal defensive performance they showed I think they also turn it around. Not that LSU is exactly an offensive power house.

    Re: NFL Wk. 1. not a good start to the season... Colts +10 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes I really dont think this will be as much as a shit show as everyone thinks. First of all this Texans team couldn't be more inconsistent. Second of all Kerry Collins might be coming off the couch but hes a veteran QB who I believe can put something together, especially with a pretty solid receiver core. I think the Colts but they at least make it close Eagles -3 (-135) to win 1 unit @ 5dimes I guess this will be the first sucker bet of the year. Rams will be a much improved team this year but I don't think there gonna be able to stop Mike Vick out of the gun. I expect defenses to be slow in the first part of the season and more offensive games. Vikings +10 (-130) to win 1 unit @ 5dimes I think you certainly have too consider the fact that the Chargers never start out well under Norv Turner (under Schotenheimer either I believe) Jets -6 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes Have a feeling that the the Jets get this one done. I think that the fact that the its the 10th anniversary of 9/11 will have some kind of factor in this. Kind of "win for NYC" type deal. Romo might be rusty as well coming off an injury. He could struggle against Cromartie and Revis. Don't really have much faith in Garrett either. Pats -7 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes In the last 10 games these 2 teams have played (5 year sample), Miami has only been within 7 in 3 of them. They won two of them. Raiders +3 (even) to bet 1 unit @ 5dimes Raiders are back.

    Less skill makes it more exciting IMO. The NFL can be boring at times and the crowds are MUCH better in college (mostly cuz its young kids) There was a game tonight, Notre Dame - Michigan. One of the best games I've ever seen. 3 TD's in the last 1:12. If we are talking about Alabama playing Maine then yes, that sucks, and no one wants to see it. But there is a big game every week in college and a lot of excitement. As the saying goes here for us college football fans...everyday should be a Saturday
