Sport Football (Belgium) Event Kortijk - Standard Selection Kortijk (Asian-handicap) Strength 10/10 Date 26/12/2011 Bookmaker/Price Betsafe @ 2.90 Reasoning In previous season Kortijk won at home 2-1. Kortjik in this moment is on the 5 place in table, only one point less than Standard. Players are very motivated be high in table after this round. Kortijk like always is very strong at home, 6 wins in 8 rounds, 13;6 goals balance. Standard is after three draws in a row, time for the lost ;) Team from Liege on away is poor, only one win in 8 matches. Today without many key players - first goalkeeper, 3 key defenders, two very important midfielders and top scorer Tchite.
good bet if you ask me. Besides that Kortrijk has a good home reputation and Standard only won 1 awaygame this season. gl!
  2. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 16-18 December

I've seen the odds for Under 2.5 goals between Leuven and Club Brugge priced at about 2.25 - StanJames. Seems the wrong way around to me. The market tends to expect goals where one side is a strong odds on favourite. But I think Leuven will play an extreme defensive game here' date=' similar to how they performed in drawing 0-0 away to Anderlecht. Brugge have also recently changed manager and since his arrival they have become much more defensive as a unit with their last four league games being 1-0 wins.[/quote'] Idd, under Daum they've always won 1-0 in the Jupiler Pro League.

Sport Football (Belgium) Sport Football (Belgium) Event Cercle - Gent Selection Over 2.5 Strength 10/10 Date 18/12/2011 Bookmaker/Price Pinnacle Sports @ 1.97 Reasoning Over 2.5 is very logic bet here. Gent have the best offense power in league, 26 goals in last 10 rounds, look amazing. In last two matches not scored, but created many chances. Time to break offense impotence. Cercle is not good in defense, but in offense look nice, scored 4 goals in last 3 matches. I see open match with minimum 3 goals, odds are nice
Cercle has, together with anderlecht, the best defense of the Pro League conceded 15 goals in 17 matches. I'm not sure where you got your info from but... Besides that they most of the time play more defensive in games against top teams... Could be over, but I think it won't be that sure as you say.
  4. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 16-18 December

Standard - Genk: Both teams to score @ 1.72 (BET365) Slightly worse price then "OVER 2.5 goals" but I really think a 1-1 draw is not out of the question. Standard misses their keyplayer in every department. Kanu is their best defender, Van Damme is their captain and Tchité is Standard's best striker. However I'm not really concerned that Standard won't score. They are expected to play with 2 fast strikers and I think they will cause Simaeys and Nadson some trouble as both lack speed. Genk starts with a very attacking side. Vossen, Barda, Limbombe and Buffel are all offense minded and central midfielders Toszer and Camus like to go forward aswell. Been is an attacking coach and will go for a win, especially considering Standard's absencies... Strength: 9/10
I don't know... Standard playing without V. Damme and Tchité is trouble if you ask me. I said I'm stopping but well.... I guess perhaps I'll put a small on genk :) and def. a 0-1 victory for club brugge (with option to bet against later)
  5. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 16-18 December

@ Grieksken....also Goor will be out tonite, another blow for them....only one thing is worrying me a bit is that Mathijssen could rest some players because of the important cup match next week...took Gba @ 2.4 anyway but not high stake GL to us :hope
Yes idd, I know. Could be but I don't know... I don't think a lot of players will rest actually and I do believe even with some back up players they should be able winning this game.
  6. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 16-18 December

I am thinking about Waregem. They didnt win for ages, but have impression they deserve better position.Didnt track them, but they had very good opponents it seems. Also lost two goal advantage against Anderlecht. Mons seems weak on the road.Perbet looks like only big danger. I am a bit concerned about Waregem scoring ability.I dont know if they play good or not,but long time has past from last win.IMO this is good chance to win,and i am thinking to take them for big stake. Would like to see opinion about this game from people who track this league closer. Thanks
well... I think it'll be a close game. Waregem isn't playing good, and seem to tie a lot of games. I think that's def. possible here. If you place a bet I'd go for a draw no bet or AH -0. Mons aren't that good on the road idd, but they did surprise me in their last away game @ Sint Truiden where they won 2-3.
  7. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 16-18 December My bets today: Westerlo - Beerschot Westerlo is struggling this season. Besides that Ceulemans has only 16 players available. A lot of injury's at Westerlo. Also goalkeeper Deelkens is out. I don't know how good he's replacement is but... I don't suspect a lot of him. No option to put your best team out there for Westerlo, you got to put the 11 players that are fit out there and some young guys on the bench. Beerschot is doing better last weeks. Losada is playing strong in midfield and in front McDonald and Sidibe are playing better and better. Some new names at Beerschot and it seems they start to know each other and know how to play with eachother. I had them early this week @ 2.50, but odds will be lower atm I guess. my bet: Beerschot to win (high stakes) Lierse - Kortrijk Lierse is having a hard time aswell. They got some good players, but for one reason or another it doesn't seem to work. Is it the coach who's not good enough? are there to mutch ego's? I don't know! With Saïdi and Ayew there are some important players injured. Also V. Doornen and Thompson are out so there is a problem on the spot of left defender. Last games they conceded a lot. 4 goals last game, that's a lot for a team who's defense isn't that bad. Because of the injury of some important defenders things aren't working out as they should. Kortrijk is playing good football. They had a good home reputation, but in away games they are winning aswell now. From the last 4 away games they only drew once against Genk. The other games they won. I believe they are able to win this game aswell. I don't know why the odds are so high actually. I don't see a lot of missing players. Only Mulemo is injured from the players that could've started. Kortrijk to win (medium stakes) @ 2.94

  8. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 16-18 December Well, I think on Club Brugge I'm just going for correct score: 0-1. Under Daum Club always won 1-0 in the competition. Sint Truiden is a difficult bet I believe... well I really don't know I'm keeping away from that. Lokeren many players for a one-night-shine? Perhaps but I think they'll play defensive and I'd rather go for an under 2.5 goals scored dan over but... That's your choise. I had some great bets on Beerschot, already placed my bet on them Zulte Waregem - Mons is a game I believe Under 2.5 GS or draw Kortrijk has some great odds so interesting game.. But well, I'll be back later with perhaps tips for todays game and if not It'll be tomorrow!

  9. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 9-11 December

so genk hw with large stake is playable grieksken ? i think their uefa champions league matches were very tough and i think that s a reason for them struggling in the league competition .... now that the champions league games are over they have to climb back in the league....
sure no high stakes, but I'm going for genk on medium stakes I believe. Lierse kicked genk IN genk out of the cup and I bet Genk want's revanche! but idd there is the fact of european football and fitness of the players.. that's why I'm going on medium stakes I guess. Bit late but I also have put some money on Standard, medium stakes. They are playing better and better and Lokeren is poor at home. Nice odds so medium bet on Standard aswell last, but not least I'm going for a small bet on Leuven. Zulte Waregem is playing poorly and in away games it will probably be bad aswell. Leuven isn't the best team in the league but they need to win this games and surely take some points at home.
  10. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 9-11 December Well... Anderlecht idd played like crap yesterday. it was poor to see, but it if De Sutter scored some of his chances they should've always won the game. Besides that Mechelen played like crap aswell last months... Well, not a lot of time today... don't really know if I'm going to place a lot of bets. I'm going for Genk and Kortrijk I guess, and depending on the odds perhaps a -2.5 goals scored in Mons-Cercle Brugge since Cercle has a really low record on goals scored and goals against in away games... gl to all, but I'll prob. don't have the time today to write a decent tip.

  11. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 9-11 December KV Mechelen - Anderlecht possible line ups: KV Mechelen Renard - Chen, Biset, Pandza, Ghomsi - Zhairi, De Witte, Destorme, Gorius, Cordaro - VD. Bergh Anderlecht Proto - Wasyl, Juhasz, Kouyaté, Safari - Marecek, Klejstan, Gillet - Canesin, Suarez, Jovanovic KV Mechelen is struggling. Level of football isn't that high anymore as it used to be and in all fairness I can't see them getting out of this poor shape today. Mechelens strikers are playing way under their level. Goals in last 2 games came from: cordaro (2x) Gorius and Olivera. Olivera will be missing today as he is in portugal with his ill (grand)mother? Anderlecht is one of the best teams in our competition. They have a lot of good players and will be eager to win this game. After a nice game last week against OHL but having difficulties scoring a goal (hitting the post several times) they'll want to win this game and keep their competitors behind them. Mbokani is still injured and won't be playing tonight, but I do suspect Suarez back in front together with Jovanovic and Canesin. Could be Gillet will play in front and some one else takes his place in midfield. shortly: Anderlecht has way more quality as mechelen. They don't have to save powers for the Euro League since they are already qualified and after losing points at home last week they'll be verry hungry to win this game. As long as KV Mechelen strikers don't start scoring I can't see them comming back in shape. I never trusted coach Brys and in all honnestly I lost a lot of money betting against Mechelen in the beginning of the season. I made all that loss up now betting against them and hope to make a win because he's not the right man to get Mechelen back on track if you ask me Anderlecht to win (medium stakes @ 1.60) gl all! :hope:hope

  12. Re: UEFA Champions League > Tuesday 6th December De bruyne is injured since last week, he fell out. Masuero is a new guy and only played 1 game or so for Genk Simaeys probably will be back today just so you know... could be they lose but they've done good in the champions league (in home games) for now so.. I'm just going for a under 2.5 goals scored. Genk's attack is injured. De Bruyne, (creativity) is injured. Ogunjimi is already gone because of his injury and Vossen is injured or at least doubtfull... I don't see them scoring actually and defending really good so..

  13. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 2-4 December My bets today: Zulte Waregem - Lokeren Zulte Waregem is just not playing good enough this season. They got some talented guys, but they're lacking some leaders. Word is Dury would come back to Zulte Waregem in January to coach them, but noting confirmed. Lokeren is playing not good enough this season, but they seem to have a lot of problems playing home games... their away record isn't that bad at all.. 12 of the 17 points they have they won away. Lokeren has more quality and should win this easy. My bet: Lokeren to win @ 3.80 (medium-high stakes) Sint Truiden - Bergen Sint Truiden is playing better and better. Football is improved and they know how to play to make their best players usefull for the team. with Reza they got a good striker who is dangerous for every defense. Dufer is the danger from the right side. The weak point is in defense. The goalkeeper isn't that good at all. Sometimes he's keeping a great game, but sometimes he really sucks. Bergen played good football this season, but most of it was in home games. In away games they only managed to win 2 points, what is the worst of the league together with Westerlo. My bet: Sint Truiden to win @ 2.40 (medium stakes) last game: Lierse - KV Mechelen Lierse is a strange team. It could all work out great but it could fail awfull aswell. Defense of Lierse is ok. With only 19 goals conceded their defense is one of the better in the Jupiler Pro League. The real problem is offense. Only 10 goals scored in 15 games is awfull low. Now, Huysegems is a good an dangerous striker, but the games he could play wheren't the most easy games. Club Brugge, At bergen, At Anderlecht.. difficult games. A player with his qualities should be able to make a difference in a game as today. Mechelen from their side are playing poor. Still not good enough. Last week it was better, but question is what about this game? Lierse wants to win this really, it's a derby and fans will be present. I don't see Mechelen turning things around in this game actually. My bet: Lierse to win @ 2.4 (low stakes) gl all! :hope:hope

  14. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 2-4 December auch.. awfull game. Genk played really poor, never being able to play at their level as they should... Offensively it sucked. Barda had some nice chances but missed them all (most of them off target) Kennedy is just way to poor for Genk I believe. Midfield was.. where they playing? no idea! and defense... well... If Genk keeps on playing like this it'll be a long and hard season for them! I'll come back later (after my own football game) to write about today's bets... I guess it'll be something like this: Lokeren to win (in Zulte Waregem) Sint Truiden to win (home vs Bergen)

  15. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 2-4 December Hard games this weekend I think. Not to many big bets. Today: Beerschot - Racing Genk Beerschot is a decent team. it's going decent in their sportive ambitions, but financial there are some problems. The team might have to sell some strong players in the next transferwindow to make sure they keep on existin. Genk is a good team but Europe has been heavy for them. A lot of points where lost after champions League fixures, but they belong to the best 6 teams in belgium for sure. After a big loss in Valencia they had some trouble, but they played a good match against Gent. Gent won it but Genk had some chances for sure! Today they play against a weakerside then Gent and if they score their chances Genk will win for sure! my bet: Genk to win @2.44 (high stakes) gl all! :hope:hope

  16. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 25-27 November Gent - Genk Gent has a good team, with a lot of offensive skills. Sollied is always a coach who takes care of things and in Belgium all his teams had succes. Possible Line up: Padt (or Brusseze) - Baric, Skarabot, Melli, Arzo - Smolders, Thijs, Jorgensen - El Ghanassy, Brüls, Mboyo (or Coulibaly) First goalkeeper Jorgacevic is sold to Club Brugge. His back up is injured now so or Padt or Brusseze will be in goal today. Question is how good that goalkeeper will do. Genk had a serious defeat in Valencia and I think they'll still have that in their mind. Joneleit and Hubert both are important defensive players for Genk. Joneleit was the boss in defense, Hubert was as defensive midfielder the captain for Genk. possible line up: Koteles - Anele, Sarr, Nadson, Pudil - Buffel, VD.Borre, Toszer, De Bruyne - Vossen, Barda midfield and defense are some questions. Could be vd Borre starts in defense, and Sarr is a question, could be hyland aswell. In midfield only question is VD. Borre. He could be playing in midfield, in defense or start on the bench. In front Vossen and barda seems to be starting. Genk has a good team but belgian teams and playing 2 games / week is not a good mix. I guess players will be tired, and 7-0 isn't nothing. Question is what did that game do with the confidence. Both teams are a bit equal I believe, but because of the home advantage for Gent and the form of both teams I believe Gent is favoriete. Also the midweek game Genk had will be hard for them, all small things in favour of Gent if you ask me my bet: Gent to win (high stakes) @ 1.97 (all my profit of this weekend is in this game so I really hope to be correct. gl all! :hope:hope

  17. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 25-27 November

first of all I want to tell all the guys who are planning to bet on Gent: Jorgacevic is sold (1st goalkeeper), Boeckx has a concussion and won't be playing (2nd goalkeeper). I'm not sure what I'll bet, but I think you should know that before betting.... My bets for tomorrow: Zulte Waregem - Anderlecht Zulte Waregem is struggling this season. Hard season not really good football,.... They managed to take 3 draws in a row now, but that was against teams that wheren't Anderlecht. Anderlecht has a great team and a big squad. Even with the injury's they should be able of winning this game. I actually don't know why the odds are so high. In Europa League anderlecht is trough to the next round so they don't have to save energy and they can just go for it. My bet: Anderlecht to win (high stakes) Lierse - Club Brugge Lierse has an hard season. Defensively it seems ok, but the attack is a problem. Huysegems can score goals but that doesn't seem enough. Club Brugge wants to play top 3 at least this season. Daum has had an extra week with his players and I believe that could help. After a small win against Cercle Brugge last gameday now it's up to Lierse. I truelly believe Club Brugge are the better team and should be able to win this game. Danger is from the wings where Dirar is playing extremely well this season. Lierse has some strong central defenders, but I believe Akpala will play and thanks to his speed and ability to reach balls that seems lost I know he will score. my bet: Club Brugge to win (high stakes) The other games are to close to call for me. gl all!! :hope:hope
    both won :beer:beer
