Re: Rugby Quarb System PS - The odds seem too short to me even at 1.5. Did you decide to bet purely to the system or do you listen to your instincts and look at other data like form and league tables? Keep up the good work :)

Re: Rugby Quarb System hi -great thread - some very sound stuff here! Well done - you inspired me to look a little deeper. I think i have found one for tomorrows games Bourgouin v Racing Metro - average bookie odds = 1.37 for the home win. Bet click are offering 1.5. Is this a qualifier?

Re: First Goal Scorer Lucky 15's I'm away this weekend hence the early post of selections and bets! I'm not going to bet on the Bank 2 as I don't want to make 10 selections with little or no team news. I will have a stab at bank 1 though!

Re: First Goal Scorer Lucky 15's Bank 1 = a 2 timer - woo hoo Aguero and Picquonne (admittedly at short odds!) meant a return of 29 points. New bank = 67 points Bank 2 = 2 winners (as above) and 1 place (Altidore, Hull) 1 selection still to play tonihgt = Pavlychencko. So fingers crossed of a winner here. Hopefully he should start.

Re: Over/Under 2.5 Goals System (Take 2) Well done buddy - a great start. Impressive stuff! Do you bet predominantly on overs or do you do unders as well? Keep up the good work!

Re: Over/Under 2.5 Goals System (Take 2) You are a brave man taking on the lottery of the Brazillian football unders/overs market. I steer clear of Brazil from experience. Good luck though.:hope

Re: Rugby League..Super League 25 & Co-Op Championship Hi guys some good stuff here, only found this section on PL today. Do any of you guys do shirt number bets? I have been snapping up some really good handicaps recently and winning good sums of money! Eg. Castleford v Wigan had 96.5 as the handicap. With the high squad numbers (S.Tomkins =25) it seemed too good to be true!

Re: Profit At Football ha ha - if it's 'RISK FREE' why are they only winning £100 a time. If it was 'RISK FREE' you'd be lumping on a lot more money. Gambling is gambling - calculated risks!

Re: Over/Under 2.5 Goals System (Take 2) Nice one :clap - 0-0 at half time had me sweating! Good start! Keep it up m8

Re: Over/Under 2.5 Goals System (Take 2) :hope Cheers bud - i had already outlined the swedish game as a +2.5 so am on as well! Lets hope the stats add up. Good luck with this :drums

Re: Over/Under 2.5 Goals System (Take 2) Jack - interesting stuff in last thread. How many selections are you expecting with this system? How have you narrowed down selections, I'm curious as to which factors you have tweaked? Good luck! There is money to be made from this, if value can be found.

Re: First Goal Scorer Lucky 15's Just looked at the teams from the weekend. 4 out of the 10 selections (Carroll, Norwood, Sills and Bendtner) did not start so that is part of the reason why there was so much returned. Shame as it narrowed down my chances straight away. Still gutted about Moore's penalty miss for WBA as not only did it cost Bank 2, also I had a bet on +2.5 goals - Double whammy! VF- I do like my value 1st g/s bets - Terry is not one of my picks anymore though, he used to be but has only scored 3 premier league goals in last 3 seasons! I like Roger Johnson, Carvallho and Baines as well - Ian Harte and David Unsworth used to make me nice money back in the day as well!!! Lesson to learn - less risk taking on selections - I need to try and be as certain as possible that the selections will start the match. 4 out of 10 is not acceptable for this system. 1 / 2 can't be helped....sometimes.

Re: Quick System Keep up the excellent work Ralphie ;) Thanks for your tips! and profit!!! Is D'Arnac a NR?

Re: First Goal Scorer Lucky 15's Ok mixed results - early days but a good return from the 4 folds each way! Much more than I anticipated! Bank 1 - Lucky 15's - No winners but Bendter not playing returned 3 points so loss of 12 points. Bank 1 = 53 points Bank 2 = 2 winners; Hughes and Chopra 2 placed; Defoe and Berbatov - It would have been a lot better if Luke Moore had scored his penalty as well! Skybet paid out the following for this;
This is much more than I expected, did they make a mistake? Can anyone clarify this? Profit of 43 points - woo hoo New bank = 543Bet Type Accumulator Leg Type Each Way Bet Channel Internet Number of lines 420 Stake per line £0.10 Total stake £42.00 Settled Y Number of win lines 83 Number of void lines 2 Returns £84.87 Refunds £0.20 -
Re: First Goal Scorer Lucky 15's KThom, I deliberated over that for a while. I went for the each way, so that I have the chance of 1st goal scorer wins and bigger money, as well as the each way side of things. In hindsight, it would be best to do a straight first goalscorer bet, and then an anytime scorer bet as well. Slightly more time consuming, but you are right 6th goal + has to be factored in as well as the extra value of the odds. Cheers! Thought provoking stuff!

Re: First Goal Scorer Lucky 15's cheers value finder - you have convinced me! Although I couldn't get the bet calculator to work out each way goals? Am i missing something? I'm going to continue with the lucky 15 bet as Bank 1. Bank 2 will start at 500 points and the bets will comprise of 10 each way first goal scorer bets, permed in 4-folds. This means a cool 420 lines. For ease of use, i will be betting 0.1 point lines, which toals 42 points for the bet. Paper trail only! Selections to follow tomorrow morning!
-
Re: First Goal Scorer Lucky 15's Ok - thanks for your comments guys. Will look in to the each way bets a bit further. There have been quite a few placed scorers so far! First winner in the book, and a welcome double odds bonus for one correct winner (Defoe) meant a return of 10 points. A 2 timer will be very welcome in the next round of bets. In response to selecting outside the premiership, I had Chopra and Maynard on my shortlist of 7 scorers. Unfortunately I narrowed down wrong! But i agree there is value to be had outside the big league! Old bank = 55 points New bank = 65 points

Re: Rugby Quarb System Thanks Wumpking for clarifying that - Your system is obviously working and making good profit. I just checked the bet click website and they have shortened the odds to 9/20 which is 1.45. Not sure if this helps you ;) Finers crossed you get the other bets matched - be lucky
