I mentioned in another thread how the PL Tips perform at each racecourse, I wasn't sure how I could use these stats but one thing it did do was show how well the ratings performed on AW tracks.
Its probably not too surprising that the AW tracks are the most consistent by the very nature of the surface being so similar at each meeting, the size of fields are pretty similar and the same horses often run against each other quite a lot.
These are the figures for each AW track for a full 12 months. £20 Stakes (£10 EW if over 8/1)
I haven't had the time or the inclination to sort out the separate figures when these tracks hold NH racing, but i'm guessing the AW races would still be in front.

As its the start of a new month i'd thought i'd track the selections throughout October on the various AW tracks

Selections will be calculated to a £1 stake (EW if 8/1 or over) and to save any wise owl saying they cant get the prices I will run this test to SP only, cant say fairer than that.

Don't like the look of the flat meetings tomorrow, too many unknown quantities in maidens etc.... I quite fancy this Landmeafortune up at Perth who is coming back from a little break. Trainer Martin Todhunter is in decent nick and will have this one fit enough to cope with the soft ground.
A winner at Ayr in heavy ground last January and has since ran well at Carlisle and here at Perth. The main danger is the paper fav from the Twiston-Davies yard but although he won a weak hurdle in this sort of ground he does prefer a sounder surface and we might just catch him out.

Struggling to find anything of note on Tuesday and a tentative vote goes to Easy Code in the Class 5 handicap at Lingfield.
He was fancied last time at Kempton when a decent third and has been well supported on his last four starts. James Doyle takes over in the saddle and the step back up to a mile should help too.

If you take out the 2yo races, novices and maidens we don't have a lot left tomorrow now that Hamilton is off. I'm going to go for Fastnet Spin who did us a favour last week at Ffos Las when it was knee deep in mud. It wont be that bad at Leicester but now sh'e struck form she may be worth following in this type of grade.
