Running off his lowest mark since winning at Donny at the end of 2015, has been consistent since with three placed efforts of 97,97 and 95 which suggests a mark of 93 today gives him a real chance. Two previous runs here have resulted in him being beaten 2l and less. Ran well enough in the Lincoln to suggest another crack at a mile would be fruitful. All his three wins have come with give in the ground which will be important this afternoon.

4.05 York THIKRIYAAT 15/2 bet365 bet victor. Was found to have a fibrillating heart when last seen in a good Group 2 race at Goodwood. He looked to be improving with each run and more to come was expected. He starts his Campaign off this season in a Listed race and has won fresh on both occasions. 
4.45 Perth LOU VERT 9/4 bet365 bet victor.  Lou vert was disappointing last time, but either the ground or the after effects of his previous fall may be the cause. He was coming into contention when he fell the time before and was in good form. He has had a month off and with the yards 38% course record. Today could be game on.

9.05 Perth. CREEVYTENNANT 5/4 William hills Bet365. Run a good race last time at Ludlow, returning from a year off. This was a competitive hunter chase and the winner Full Throttle won next time at Cheltenham making this race solid form. He is 2/3 at Perth and has a good chance at the weights and won't mind a drop of rain. He looks sure to run well.
