Well most people know how to play but he did have quite a few shots at it ... should have been one per person .... IMHO .... Tried my hardest not to comment but please don't me laugh ...... from a guy who has made a career out of snide remarks on different sites its tough he won't be happy isn't it ???? Add in the customer helpdesk abuse from the other week and on Dionne and Tina (everytime he was on here table) in the Vixens on Nuts Poker and you get the picture ..... :ok (1brox , Edinburgh Waverlery etc) .... Are you actually Mr Ritchie's son or his friend shogun as you always proclaim .... I take it you are the son ... just too ashamed to admit it with his behaviour ?? ........... :welcome Haichan .... well played last night ..... :ok. Lets hope Swampster is on the case .... whats the point of stating UK only if they aren't gonna stick to it .... Doesn't bode well when this situation has cropped up many times before on different sites via diff mags .... You'd think all parties would have learnt to set it up as per Pokerstars in the first place.I was the UK player who came second. So far Betfair have told me that I only get the 18k entry ticket and not the wsope entry. I have challenged it. Awaiting their response -

Interesting that LuckyFcker got to heads up I think ..... he got so lucky vs Dangero early on ..... Dangero at least had a pair and re-raised all in QQxx and LF called him all in with AQ98 i think .... and hit an ace .... a crazy play at the time :( .... I told him that with the yoof of London outside at 2am and 3am I know what its like when footie teams moan about the fire alarm going off :lol. I'm off for breakfast now so i'll try and get back on here later. :hope.

Re: Bounty stars of poker- this wednesday 19th august-live game offer Thx all , When Tina qualified thru PaddyPower when winning a 1500 runner freeroll !! to appear on TV in the Battle of the Mags I went with her to the studios. I came 2nd in another one and in all honesty played about 30% interested HU as I didn't really fancy playing on TV. When I got there I really wished I tried 100% as it looked a great experience. I thank Ed (stpokered) for this chance and have made an agreement which is slightly more in his favour than he originally offered as he earned the right to play in the first place. I am able to go at short notice this week due to Saturday's game and as I had only 4 days before Austria this will be a new record ....:drums.

Re: NBC's Face the Ace Ouch ........ :( ...... I'd have deffo took the $200k .... for the fact that you could be a 10 to 1 chip leader in the $1m game and still lose ....:sad. Of course he may not have needed the money , went in on a freeroll etc etc but regardless of all that if you are in profit i've learnt to take that profit when you can in poker. IMHO.

NBC’s newest poker reality series “Face The Ace†gives online player Don Topel a chance to show the poker world that online poker is up to par with live poker as he gets his shot at $1 million this Saturday when the second episode airs at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
Hosted by former Sopranos star Steve Schirripa, the show sees online qualifiers face off in a heads-up match of no limit hold’em against top flight professionals. If the pro wins, $10,000 is donated to charity. If the qualifier wins, he earns prize money and faces a decision: take the money, or put it on the line against another pro for an even bigger prize? Any qualifier who can win three consecutive matches gets to walk away with a cool million dollars!
Topel’s journey to being a millionair hasn’t been an easy battle. Before he could even think about appearing on the televised heads up match, he had to beat out over hundreds of opponents in a series of online qualifier tournaments. Just when he thought it was over, Topel would move on to face some of poker’s toughest players once he actually made it to the show. Talk about really working for your money.
Facing his first opponent, 2008 WSOP Player of the Year Erick Lindgren, Topel struggled, but then realized he had to pull it together and did so just in time to beat out the Pro and advance to the next round.
The second round saw Topel put his prize money on the line to face off with two-time WSOP bracelet winner Howard “The Professor†Lederer. Once again the pro jumped out to the lead before being reined back in by Topel. The amateur flopped top pair on the last hand against Lederer’s baby flush draw, and the pair held to award Topel $200,000.
Rather than take the money and run, Topel has decided to stake his newfound cash on a third match with $1,000,000 on the line. -
