Well done to Barry who took down last week's PLO.  
McG keeps hold of the top spot in the league and the top 2 have pulled away a little from the rest of the field, but all that could change with the final leg points multiplier.  It's back to NLHE, tournament is set up and registering now, starts at 8.10pm with 20 minutes late registration.

The Punters Lounge Poker League continues this week for December, running for 4 weeks on Wednesday nights.
We have £150 added by PL to be shared between the top 3 in the league at the end of the month. Games start at 8.10pm, with a 20min late registration period on top of this.  All games are played in the PokerStars Home Games PL Poker Club. 
The format is a NLHE 3000 chip tourney in Legs 1 & 2 and a 5000 chip NLHE for final leg.   Leg 3 is our PLO Leg with 5000 chips.

Buy in is $5.50 per leg.
Your top 3 scores of the 4 legs will count towards your league total. We will be using the usual PL poker league format, which will be updated in this thread. (The PokerStars own league scores will not be used.) Formula is -Log(position/Entrants)x100
To help boost numbers overall and in particular in the final leg we are continuing the system of doubling the number of entries used in the calculation in leg 4 (**so if 10 entries the formula will use 20 entrants). This will increase the number of points available in the final leg to make it more competitive.
All members are welcome, however you must post in this thread if asked to let us know your forum username, otherwise your placings and scores cannot be included in the league.  New players are always welcome to join in, so please spread the word and invite your friends to the forum so we can keep the weekly numbers up.

£150 Added Value

The £150 added will be split between the top 3 players of the league end, with £75 to the league champion, £45 to 2nd and £30 to 3rd.  This will be payable via PayPal at the end of the league.  Big thank you to Punters Lounge for the added funds.  The league winner will also get Punters Lounge merchandise.

Well done to Bridscott who joins this month's league with a win
In the overall league we have a swap round for the final positions and Ian is this month's champion with 3 out of 3 podium finishes, proving that consistency is the key and a weekly win isn't always required to take the title.   Barry and McG take 2nd and 3rd place league prizes with a win apiece.
I believe I will already have all your details for Paypal so I'll send those off this week (am on hols at the mo so apologies for late posting of this)
If Billy5154 could post in the thread to let us know your PL name I will add you into the league table properly.

The final leg multiplier comes into play this month and gives Paul the extra points needed to join Barry at the top of the league giving us a tie for champion.  We'll split 1st+2nd prizes.

And best 3 scores lifts McG onto the podium in 3rd above Elliott despite finishing below him in the leg (0 score to drop against 39pts).

Next leg is set up, we have another NLHE 3000 chip tournament for you, and those who missed leg 1 will still be able to get their 3 scores in for the month

Well done to Manc on the final leg win with Andy and Kev also in the money.   With the finishing positions of other contenders it was not quite enough points to lift you into the added value positions. 
Kev picked up a few extra points to confirm his champion status and has not finished outside the top 3 all this month.    
The double entrants multiplier doesn't always make a difference to the final finishing positions, but this month it came into play and gave both Leo and McG an added boost to lift them above Barry onto the podium.
So final result is

3rd  @McG  £30

Apologies for the late update. 
Things are hotting up at the top of the league.  McG makes it two wins in a row to knock muttley off the number 1 spot, Leo moves menacingly up the table with a 2nd place finish, and ian gets 3rd place for consecutive weeks to move into, erm, 3rd with Girly very close behind. 
Lots to play for in our final leg, which is the usual 5000 chip NLHE with the points multiplier.  Game all set up ready for registration.

I hope someone can get a screenshot of the result.  One of the disadvantages of playing on an iPad is that you can’t see the lobby of the tournament, either during or after the end.  You also can’t see the tables once you’re eliminated.
