I've set up a NLHE Progressive Total Knockout, which means there is no prize pool, all the buy ins are paid out as bounties.   $3.30, 3000 chips. Probably won't last long!

A bigger shake up at the top than I anticipated with only 1 of the previous podium surviving to take some of the added money.  The final leg multiplier has played a part in positions this month.  
Well done to Leo who won the final leg and with it has shot to the top of the league with a 1st and 2nd place during August.   McG holds on in there in 2nd overall and Rivrd moves up to 3rd proving that you don't necessarily need to win a leg and consistency counts.
Thank you to everyone who joined in this month   We have a spare week this week before the September league so if @LIKE2FISH would like to select a game type to play I'll try get that set up.  (I've currently lost Home Games function yet again so will have to uninstall and reinstall again and hope I get the side bar option back as that's the only time I can click through. )

The Punters Lounge £150 added Poker League continues on this week for August, running for 4 weeks on Wednesday nights.
The £150 added by PL is shared between the top 3 in the league at the end of the month. Games start at 8.10pm, with a 20min late registration period on top of this.  All games are played in the PokerStars Home Games PL Poker Club. 
The format is a NLHE 3000 chip tourney in Legs 1 & 2 and a 5000 chip NLHE for final leg.   Leg 3 is our PLO Leg with 5000 chips.

To help boost numbers overall and in particular in the final leg we are continuing the system of doubling the number of entries used in the calculation in leg 4 (**so if 10 entries the formula will use 20 entrants). This will increase the number of points available in the final leg to make it more competitive.
All members are welcome, however you must post in this thread if asked to let us know your forum username, otherwise your placings and scores cannot be included in the league.  New players are always welcome to join in, so please spread the word and invite your friends to the forum so we can keep the weekly numbers up.

League Table

 

Game is set up for leg 1 on Weds 3rd
We have a 5 week month so opportunity for a non-league week to play something different on 31st.

League table updated in post 1.  I'll put official result and prizes in here later but we very nearly got a big shake up of the placings and it turned out closer than I anticipated

Good turnout for the final leg, I should let Andy set the game up at the last minute every week! 
After contacting Stars support who gave me very long and complicated instructions on how to clear the cache, (which I think I did and it still didn't work) I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it has reverted back to the old tabs down the side for me.  So I have set up the game for tomorrow night, leg 1 of August.  I'm just sorting out July's result but am heading out shortly so may need to come back to this.  The boss (Tom) is away so the prizes may need to wait a couple of weeks anyway (and apologies for late payment of June which was an oversight).

We are on! Game us set up and registering so get in there by 8.10 and you could grab some of the added value on the league podium.

Last month's champ McG has made a bid for repeating the feat with a win in leg 2.   He takes over at the top of the table, with last week's winner Elliott in 2nd spot.
Tonight's leg 3 is PLO which could turn the table on its head again.  Game is open for registration and starts at 8.10pm, plus 20mins late reg as usual

We have gone with a Winner Takes All ($3+30c NLHE 3000 chips) but I've set it up also as a Knockout (Bounty) so half the buy ins go to the bounty fund and the other half will go to the tournament winner.  It will probably not make the first break
