Re: Harlequin. Good to see that a number of you have pitched-in. How about a GYROSCOPE? 5 selections. 10 doubles if cash 10 trebles. However, I'm sure you've realised that to get an if cash treble up you need five out of five. This is from "long ago". However you could back "place only" with P.T.S. of Epsom.

Re: Harlequin. Hi Irishbugger. Many thanks for your help. Cyril.

Thinking caps on lads. Many years ago I used to bet with P.T.S. of Epsom. (A postal service). One of their special bets was called Harlequin. Yes it was as colouful as the charactor. Now the difficult bit. Can anyone remember the make up of the bet? It was very complicated. Actually a settlers nightmare. There were so many bets with, unless my memory has completely gone. over 200 " if cash" bets in the make-up. Just hope someone out there has a better memory than me. Cheers.

Re: Poisson Goals - Forecast All Sports Hi, I was under the impression that the idea of the forum is to share all knowledge with all users. Not just with those who post their addies. Cheers.

Re: The 4 draws... I don't know what's wrong with some blokes. I've read this thread from day one and this guy reeks of integrity. Give him a slap on the back. Well done mate.

Re: The 4 draws... Second only to the Klondyke Gold Rush. Well done, mate. CC.

Re: Home Win Hi perfect, I see that you're batting to a great average. You're yeild is a little above the norm too. Well done on both counts. one little "but". It has been mentioned before. Could you not note alongside the fixture you've chosen, the appropriate league? At least for the lesser known teams. It would be a big help to many people. C heers.

Re: Lay The Draw That's no mean feat Hodgey. CC.

Re: Lay The Draw Hi There, I don't want to rain on your parade, but you need to be very careful in your selection method. This season the draw % in the 5 English Leagues is 26.5. Best is the Conference with just 24.3% and worst League 2 with 29.2%. I think you'll agree that these figures don't leave much room for error. Having said that, I will be watching your selections and I do wish you All the Best. CC.

Re: Matched Betting the only 100% guarenteed System I'm very surpised that no one has replied to this thread. There is one site that does a nice line in notifications for matched bets. I think many people would benefit from it being explained, as you have offered.

Re: My football LAYS Hi ST, You'll be surprised how many people are watching your Thread. Believe it or not some are too shy to post. I found it by chance but am very interested. Any method that gives even a slight edge is worth it's weight in gold. Keep up the good work.

Re: Home Win/Draw percentages [email protected] Cheers.

Re: Home Win/Draw percentages Hi Habs, E-books and such are not the answer. There's more useful knowledge on this, and some other, sites. And it's all for free. Waiting to hear from you.

Re: Home Win/Draw percentages Hi HABS, Why not PM me and between us we may be able to refine to our mutual satisfaction. CC.

Re: Home Win/Draw percentages Hi Weeian, Have you given up on your idea? I'm sure there is a lot of mileage left in it. Your basic premise is sound. You just need the right tweaks.

Re: Head-to Head Meetings I do hope this thread isn't dying off.

Re: Head-to Head Meetings Hi DM, You could always emigrate. LOL

Re: Head-to Head Meetings DM NZ Hi, with DNB not an option for you, why not just LAY the opposition? May not be such marvellous returns but looking at results so far, it gives a great number of winning bets. Whatever you do try, Good Luck.

Re: Head-to Head Meetings This has the basis of a sound strategy. I don't think enough attention is paid to H2H stats. Many "surprise" results are there to see before the event,if you look in the right place. I wonder would it not be better to specialise? Say Premiership only. A safety measure could also be built in. Perhaps to "green-up" when the chosen team, has, hopefully, taken the lead. Definitely a strategy I will follow closely.

Re: Betting on your own side?
It just hit rock bottom mate. Ericson will be on a £3m deal. I bet you'd swap for any of the three you mentioned.I dread to think who we'll end up with. Souness? Jewell? Houlier? :puke

In the past I've used a stats site that covered just about everything a punter needed but having not used it for some time and changing my PC in the mean time, I can't remember the sites name. It was a very comprehensive and run by a chap who was well known in racing circles. May well have been an ex-jockey etc. Any one any ideas. Cheers.
