  1. Basilashvili coming past Monteiro, Galan, Gombos, Ruud and Struff - all straight sets - in Munich, but falling to Paire in the first round of Madrid is going to be so tilting if it happens. Which it probably will.
  2. This is what I've gone with. Wasn't overly impressed with Barty in her match vs. Zidansek
  3. One of those things that's disgusting when it happens against you, but beautiful when it does go your way. Unlucky man. ah, I've already boarded the good ship Ramos-Vinolas again against Norrie. Kind of feel he deserves a title for all the high level tennis he's played this year so far. Will be rooting for him, even though I like Cam Norrie too - and fully aware Cam's also playing great of late. kind of has to be to come through against 3 clay specialists and Cilic!
  4. Well, you worded it a little ambiguously, but yes I'll give you that. Ramos, is, however, a VERY good clay court player, and in probably the form of his life right now. It's the consistency that is winning him matches. When you say he's not the guy for ''big matches'', that really could be said about Fokina. I've been impressed my him vs. weaker opponents, but he's never really shone that much vs the very good players - at least when I've been watching him play. Ramos however gave Rublev and Carreno-Busta very close matches - the latter of which he 100% should have closed out. And
  5. I really like Badosa to get past Teichmann today. I took her at evens last round against Krejcikova and she didn't disappoint (6-1, 7-5). Her wins on clay so far this year (all at Charleston, where she made the final) include a straight sets win vs. Barty and a 2-1 win over Bencic. Teichmann conversely has played only one match on clay this year, albeit a 2-1 win vs. Svitoliva...somehow, despite going 5-1 down in the final set. I only watched the first set of this, but saw her make a lot of U.E. Also, home soil for Badosa. Badosa at 1.73 Betfair/WH
  6. Sorry, but Ramos-Vinolas is a far better clay courter to Andujar, Chardy and Humbert, and he is in red hot form. are you basing this purely on ADF? I've watched Ramos's recent matches against Moutet, Herbert and Rublev, and he has been outstanding. Ramos also has the bigger, more consistent serve. For me, there's maybe a little value on Ramos.
  7. wow. Hsieh loses 6-1, 6-0 to Zidansek in the Madrid qualifers. gg she gets LL spot in main draw, but now has to play Zidansek again today. Brutal. 😂
  8. To the Fognini bettors, does it not concern you that Fognini hasn't won vs anyone other than Kohlschreiber on clay since July 2019? I have noticed his price has dropped significantly in the past couple of days to around 1.6. Any value in this price, or have I missed the boat?
  9. took the +4.5 handicap on this and lost by one game 😕
  10. can't really count a random match from the start of 2017.
  11. absurd third set. Pain if you had Pegula - It's not even like she made any huge mistakes or bottled the (many, many) MPs.
