I think it is a very important topic.
Until one of the experienced guys will help us with the answer I will say my opinion.
 
I think that one of the mistake the player does is to increase the stake too early.  We have to understand that betting is a game of probabilities and the probability to lose all bets for the rest of our life is not 0. It is extremely small but is not 0. Of course this is an extreme example..
The most logical answer is to increase to 2 units when your bank is 200, in order to keep 1% from bank. Probably this would say most of the players.
The second logical answer would be to never increase the stake,  and to save every 100 you get. Probably this would say just a few.
 
I prefer a combination: I would keep the stake 1 until I have 300, then save 100 and increase the stake to 2. 
Now I have 200 and stake 2, still 1% but have 100 saved (my real pofit). A few comments here: Another mistake can be done is to think that the balance you see on your bookie, under your account are yours. No, the money are yours only when save them to your bank account.
 
Will keep it until I have 400, then save 100 and increase to 3...
And so on

Today is a great night for Campionato, as two of the favorites to win this year's title, Juventus and Napoli are competing against each other. Both teams started their Serie A win a week ago and promise a great battle today in Turin. At home, the "old lady" has the upper hand, but we'd rather both teams score.

Bologna vs SPAL
The Friday night game in Serie A throws up an interesting match between two mid-table sides from last season when Bologna and SPAL meet in a 7:45pm kick-off at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara. It's been a tough summer for the Bologna head coach Sinisa Mihajlovic who was diagnosed with an acute form of leukaemia back in July but it has been confirmed he'll stay in charge during his treatment.
Well, what can be said about Bologna? Mihajlovic came in midway through last season and undoubtedly turned things around after the awful tenure of Filippo Inzaghi. Mihajlovic managed to earn 30 points from the 17 games he was in charge last season to keep I Rossoblu in the top flight. The team started their Serie A campaign this season under the cloud of Mihajlovic's ill health with a 1-1 draw away to Hellas Verona. It's hard to tell how this team will settle given the current situation.
SPAL enter into their third consecutive season in the top flight of Italian football with the ambition of moving up the table and starting to knock on the door of the European places. Leonardo Semplici remains in charge and the hope is that the club will continue to positively evolve under his leadership. The opening day of action was disappointing with SPAL throwing away a 2-0 lead at home against Atalanta before losing 3-2. Granted, Atalanta finished in the Champions League spots last season but it was a classic case of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
Both teams come into this tie with a feeling that they need to improve on last week's results and performances. Bologna come into this game probably the less disappointed. Their performance was arguably worthy of a win last weekend but they just couldn't get it. They have won 7 straight league games at home under Mihajlovic. In those 7 matches they scored at least twice and in 5 of those games they scored at least 3 times. This Bologna team is dangerous on their own patch and this really isn't the sort of fixture SPAL will not have wanted after last weekend. It could be a tough evening for them.

What could possibly go wrong! 
I'd say you'd do better just staking 5 units on every bet (45 divided by 9). There can be reasons to stake 9 times as much on one bet as you would on another but where they randomly fall in a sequence is not one of them.

lazio was very good last week and they seem to have players to make a impressive impact this season. ac roma was defensively poor and it will take them time to sort it out so lazio should win this
i don't think juventus started that well last week.they should have beaten parma by more goals but this will be very good match. i can actually see ancelotti napoli inflicting an early seaen defeat against juventus. sarri had a lot of problems when managing chelsea with high press and possession game and he is doing the same at juventus. napoli can exploit this and get behind their defensive line. the players are pace and explosive in attack. i'm on napoli to win
i wouldn't bother with ac milan. they are useless and every season they bring in more bags of shit (i.e rubbish players in the team). they have not quality in that team and more often they will just not justify the low odds let alone win their games
atalanta is a banker obviously as torino must travel to play wolves in europa league
sampdoria was awful last week. they couldn't even score at home which busted my acca. i can't really say why they were so bad but they didn't look a cohesive unit. sassuolo could take advantage of their situation and bag a victory

we pick 2 strong winning teams and we bet both of them to win and conced a goal
we look for odds 3,1+ in each team and we bet 1 unit and we expect to win 10 units back
if we lose we bet 2 units and we expect 20 back
etc
we keep this up until 9 units,when the total bet would be 45 units and if the 9 units bet win will get 90 units back minus the 45 we hae spent
45 units profit
