Jelena Ostapenko to beat Jennifer Brady at 1.68 with Unibet
Donna Vekic to beat Ons Jabeur at 1.50 with William Hill
Picking these two favourites in Dubai next week, both look to be in good spots at the moment. Ostapenko's woes have been well-documented, but, even then, I think that she should be a bigger fav against Brady, who's nowhere near her class-wise. If she keeps her head at least somewhat in check, like she did last week, she should win. Meanwhile, Jabeur has been very disappointing so far this week and Vekic is becoming a stable top 20 player with surprisingly few letdowns.

Brayden Schnur to beat Steve Johnson at 3.20 with Paddy Power
On a bit of a losing streak at the moment, but I suppose that was expected given the nice winning run at the start of the year. Nevertheless, I still want to play Schnur, especially after going through Johnson's record book that has so many recent losses that it's almost unbelievable. Of course, Schnur is a guy he could finally beat, but he's played some decent matches here already and has enough talent to stay there with Johnson. At 3.20, I think the bookies are underestimating Schnur's chances here.

Gael Monfils to beat David Goffin at 1.83 with Bet365
Taking this early, I expect odds to drop on Gael here. David is only a shadow of his former self right now and he needs a lot more to be done to be able to produce his best tennis and I don't see it coming in Rotterdam.

Jordan is the way better player here, that's how I reason!

Ivo Karlovic to beat Radu Albot at 1.71 with Betsson
I saw Radu playing in Montpellier and he wasn't bad but he still travels to New York after reaching the semifinal in Montpellier and it's always tough with a trip after going far in a tournament the week before and it doesn't get easier when you're facing Dr. Ivo and his serve. I think we'll see Radu struggling more than he did in Montpellier but not as mutch as he stuggled when he lost to J-W Tsonga but enough to lose. They have never met but Radu will have that serve to deal with and nobody gets away easy on grass/hard when Ivo is playing. He is many times not even easy to deal with on clay. I expect Ivo to make a better effort than he did in Montpellier first round where he lost to Marcel Granollers in 3 tie-breaks.

Roberto Bautista Agut to beat (-1.5 sets) Marton Fucsovics at 1.92 with Unibet
I'll go hide away somewhere and not come back until next week if RBA doesn't win this in straight sets. Marton was a complete disaster yesterday. He may have beaten Yannick Maden but it was ugly, so ugly that I can't imagine him winning a set with that performance if he meets a player like RBA. It's goodnight Marton most likely. He's just way too erratic compared to RBA. It's like comparing the Moon with Jupiter in size, that's how I look at this matchup right now.

Marcos Baghdatis to beat Lucas Pouille in first set at 2.70 with Unibet
Simple reasoning here. They have met twice, once in 2014 on indoor hard in a challenger in France and then Marcos won first set but retired in second. And last season they met again in US open and Marcos won first set again but Lucas won 3-1. I see the same scenario happen again here. Marcos was alright yesterday and should fancy his chances tonight so Marcos to win first set at least.

Im still sweating. I will not take any other low priced bet this week, for sure. Let's see if Guido has an easier match against Ramos, that would be good for my heart.

Just so all you people know, Roberto Bautista Agut will eat Marton Fucsovics in Sofia tomorrow. No way Marton will have a chance in the quarterfinal. He was like an amateur from time to time last match, broken left and right. Just errors everywhere you could see Marton.

Radu Albot to beat Ernests Gulbis at 2.50 with Unibet
Radu is coming off an impressive 6-4, 6-3 disposal of fifth-seeded Philipp Kohlschreiber. His consistency from the back of the court will likely be too tough for a much more erratic Ernests.

Lucas Pouille -1.5 games to beat Marcos Baghdatis at 1.50 with bet365
Feels like Pouille should pick up a relatively easy win here.
Still, knowing Pouille and the possibility for tie breaks I don't want to go too crazy on the handicap.

Pierre-Hugues Herbert to beat Illia Ivashka at 1.40 with William Hill
Guido Pella to beat Albert Ramos at 1.52 with 888
I know I said that Bautista to win in Sofia would be my last bet but I like these two bets. This is a week to look for upsets (Goffin and Kachanov have lost today), especially for those players who played in the Davis Cup but I don’t expect any surprise with these two matches. Herbert is playing in his home country and destroyed Kudla in his first match here (6-1, 6-2). The reason is exactly the same for the other match, Pella is playing in his home country and destroyed Paolo Lorenzi in his first match (6-1, 6-3). His opponent is Albert Ramos, who is in a bad form and suffered a lot in his first match against Hugo Dellien (7-6, 4-6, 6-3).

Players like Wawrinka don’t need to gain money with match fixing, they have a lot of money. Wawrinka had a complicated match against Copil who did final in this tournament the last year and Basilashvili can win against the best players but he also can lose against low ranked players because he has an ultra-aggressive style of playing. There is a lot of match fixing in Challengers and ITF events but I can’t imagine players with a good ATP ranking fixing matches so it’s more a motivation issue like you said. Obviously, there will be some that do it but not too many (and not the 2 players you have mentioned I guess). The most typical form of match fixing in this level is that where players bet for themselves on a full match bookie and If they see that they can’t win the match they retire.

    Struff + Monfils to win (Sofia) @ 1.866 bet365
The odds are not great on the singles especially considering the matchups but it still looks like both Struff and Monfils should come ahead.
    Not much to say...
    ====
    Monfils vs Troicki
Monfils looked a bit tired/injured against Fritz at AO but on sheer talent and h2h he should win if no massive injury.
Troicki is still capable of some good performances (eg he beat a few good players indoor last year) but having watched him drop a set to King at AO I don't think he has enough to win vs Gael
    ====
    Struff vs Travaglia
Struff is pretty good indoor and has started the season relatively well. (not sure how fast the court is there)
Travaglia doesn't look too good indoor and still looks behind Struff in terms of quality

Quite dangerous Basic vs Klizan for tomorrow the 6th. Isn't it?
    Basic:
    - The 1st of February playing Davis Cup in Australia. 1 day on plane plus the jet lag.
    - No change of surface. Davis Cup was Hard Outdoor and this is Indoor
    - Horrible performance against De Minaur in Davis Cup 6-3 7-6(0) and lost in 1st round in AO
    - Basic is defending 250 points due to last year victory in this tournament

    Klizan:
    - Played the weekend on clay Davis Cup in Slovakia (not far away). So, he's changing the surface.
    - Lost easy against Tsonga the 1st Round in AO

If I had to bet, I'll be with Basic to win a set @ 1'69 at Pinnacle

Tsonga to win the ATP Montpellier at 10.00 with 888
I will not watch the tournament so my only personal prediction here will be the final winner. From all the players that compete here Tsonga is the player who was playing better, he did not have a long run in the AO because he had to face Djokovic in his second match there after beating Klizan 3-0. He lost against Nole (6-3, 7-5, 6-4) but he was the player who put in more troubles to Nole, more than Nadal did in the Final. Tsonga was playing so well (he did semifinal in Brisbane) and his serve was working very well (this tournament is played in hard indoor courts so benefits big serving players). The 3 favorite players to win here are Berdych (5.00), Pouille (6.00) and Goffin (6.50). Goffin is in the other part of the draw but he’s far from his best form and I can’t see him playing his best tennis here now. Pouille is the defending champion and he will be with a lot of confidence after the AO but I personally see Tsonga better than him (if they face each other that will be in the Semifinals). The last year Tsonga did semifinal here but he retired for an injury after he won against Pouille the first set 6-1 (I almost sure the Tsonga would have won that match if he had not been injured). Berdych is a real threat, for sure, but he’s in the other part of the draw so if they face each other that will be in the Final. I think that the more dangerous players are in the other part of the draw (Berdych, Goffin, Karlovic, Shapo,…). The way of Tsonga till the Final will be: Humbert, Simon, Darcis/M.Zverev/Chardy and Pouille/Vesely/Gulbis/Hurkacz/Albot/Kohls.
Like I said i will not watch any match this week so I only will post this one, a pre-tournament bet. I will just follow your predictions. Good luck. I EDIT because at 888 is paid at 10.00

Ernests Gulbis to beat Hubert Hurkacz at 2.18 with Unibet
I saw Hubert play in Quimper and he wasn't impressive when he lost to Greg Barrere and Ernests will most likely beat Hubert also. Odds will probably drop so I'm taking this early.

Shapovalov Denis to beat Klizan Martin Davis cup  @  2.10 bet365
Denis played ok at the Australian open, even though he lost their only match I feel like he’s a better player or its at least a 50/50 match
i think they’re playing on clay where both player are pretty good

    any opinion ?

Aryna Sabalenka to beat Alison Van Uytvanck at 1.55 with betfair
Alison started the year with an injury in her first match in Auckland. She won in Hobart against Brengle (7-6, 7-5) but then lost in the next round against Schmiedlova (6-3, 6-2) and lost in the first round of the AO against Wozniacki (6-3, 6-4) so she has not started well this year. She has win against Flipkens (6-2, 6-4) in the first round here. Sabalenka started the year by the best way, winning in Shenzen. She won there against Tatjana Maria, Alexandrova, Sharapova, Yafan Wang and Riske. She lost in Sydney against the winner of the tournament: Kvitova and was surprised by Anisimova in the AO after her wins against Boulter and Kalinskaya.
