The strategy at the start of the post will be a good one, I know I said to look for unders but I noticed it was going under n over so that may actually give a total to look out for, at the same time you will make the choice when to take the bet, the Sacramento/Oklahoma game just played had 114 for half time, the game landed on 112.
Account size, I would say $200 with 5% and when you feel comfortable and can spot the edge then maybe 10% 
I'm working on other strategys but I still take note of what the total is at the 5.50 mark and compare before taking my bet.

So here's my chart I have been working on to try and win on the European games, the total on the left is both teams points for the quarter at the 6.25 mark, the total on the right is what you need the Bookies total to be to take a bet, you will find the total on the chart will be low but I can assure you that there will be games that will match or come very close and those are the games you will be waiting for.
These totals are what the game should pass hence why we have to wait for a match.

Sorry my screen seems to freeze when I try to reply.
I have noticed it works for all Basketball games although be careful because sometimes the Bookies will only give 20 points diff to the game score and the Bookies total, for example the game may have 137 points and the Bookies total may be 157, those games I would look more for overs because it's too low with c6 minutes left in the game.
The numbers in bracket above is the diff between the game total and the Bookies total, my number is 29, anything higher will be a slight advantage for us punters.,

I would like to share something I have noticed in Basketball games that you may be able to improve,
I have only started recently playing 62 games for 44 wins & 18 losses giving c70% win rate.
It all starts in the 4th quarter with 5.50 left on the clock, what the Bookies have for the total you take the Unders,
So for example if the score is 150 with 5.50 left and the Bookies have the total for the game at 184.5 then you will take 
Under 184.5 @ $1.85
Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

The game has finished and at 5.50 the score was 124, the Bookies had 148.5 and the final total was 145
