Not a bad first run over the sticks,apart from 1 small hiccup seemed to have taken to hurdles quite well, just beaten for second close home and well clear of the 2 fancied horses who finished out with the washing.

My first runner as an 'owner'! Definitely adds an element of excitement ?

Smart chaser in France who boasts some solid novice form and defied a penalty when making all over C&D (soft) 22 days ago, pushed out. Carries a double penalty but sure to make another bold bid.

A Christmas present sees me onboard with the Racing Emporium (the Easterbys) who are only based 25 miles away so should make a stable visit nice and easy. Shares in Cottam (named for Easterby racing HQ) a two year old gelding they are planning to take into bumpers ahead of a career over the jumps. All a bit of interesting fun really but looking forward to the updates etc.

I was planning on starting to back them again from June 1st
I always like to give the flat 6 weeks to get sorted.
Will keep them updated for those who like to follow them.
Must update the Irish tracks too, its on the list

Timmy, In a word, No I have not done a complete analysis using these omissions. Its quite difficult to do with the way the spreadsheet saves the data at the minute. I am told this will improve during 2019 so a more in depth look may be possible.
Lets just say its a gut feeling having done thousands of races and having to settle the results for the sheets. I know where i'm wasting money more times than not, if that makes sense. This happens on all courses so I don't think it will have any impact on what gets into the top 10 to be honest.
One thing I will be doing this year is keeping a track of every type of race for the included selections, whether its Flat, NH, Class 3 or Class 6, handicap or graded etc.... and after a while that may also throw up something.

The horse racing tips have had an indifferent period despite being well in profit, but @BillyHills changed nothing about how he makes his selections and that takes serious discipline and belief that the tide will turn. 
July saw a record month of profit, touching nearly £5000 from £20 stakes, which is awesome!  
Myself and @BillyHills have been on PL since the T-Rex was roaming the planet, but I've always said he IS Punters Lounge and a lot can be learned from him, along with plenty of other PL members.

@Bubbles180 has provided some great insight into better profitability and breakdown of the stats in general, but nothing is ever certain to stay that way.
We'll keep providing the tips, and along with a major racecards update we should start to be able to have stats on demand for everyone towards the end of this year, but we're undertaking big upgrades and it does take time.  I hate waiting for things myself, but having been right in the centre of designers/developers over the last 18 months, I understand it's much better to wait and get it right than serve up a half baked potato.  
The one thing I love about this thread is it shows we're not hiding or trying to manipulate anything, whereas other sites do exactly that by either not publishing all their stats or just crowing about a 30/1 accy they hit.  
PL does things differently, it always has and always will.  
 

1st @ 11\8 - Held up towards rear, headway on outside over 2f out, went 2nd inside final furlong, ran on under pressure to lead close home
1st @ 6\4 - Led, headed 5th, regained lead at 9th, made rest, slight mistake 3 out, pushed along before last, stayed on well run-in, comfortably
