  1. Fulham look bankers again against Blackpool. They've arguably had a fairly favourable opening fixture list, but have looked far and away the best team in the division and should have too much for Blackpool who looks set for a relegation battle already. Odds on, but 1.61 with SBK actually looks a stonking price to me.

Hull have looked pretty dire as well, can't believe Bournemouth failed to beat them :wall . I think Swansea have been a bit better than their 4 points suggests (had an off day against Preston) and can hopefully get another 3 points on the board here. 2.22 with SBK.

Might as well do the double as well, which is around 5/2.

My intention was to show the less experienced, real betting examples, that its not what you do but how you do it, we are both @MCLARKEin agreement that most times it is not wise to expect to win very often betting in multiples, the only serious way to expect to make money from Horse race betting is the win single (I didn't bother working the ew aspect out because i very rarely do ew) Oddly enough the lucky 15 aspect to this demonstration has produced about the worst returns for 30 bets i have on my records, I often (at least 1 in 30) manage to find a treble which at the prices i bet at usually returns well, as do some of the doubles (also poor in this sample). but it has served its purpose in what it highlights. the other thing i wanted to highlight was that if you dont keep records and look at what you are ding on a regular basis then the chances are that you will miss something that can make a big difference.

Could have had a very good day if all 4 had won though. Would the make up of the lucky 15 be important? eg having a short priced banker? I've always done win singles on the horses, trebles and silly accumulators for the football ?

  3. Also a Derby for us, and if we don't win I think we will need a new manager! I do think we'll win but not quite a bet a 2/1 given our dreadful start to the season.

Done another little treble with the big guns. Fulham to beat Stoke, great start for Stoke but Fulham are better and have home advantage. Bournemouth let a 2 goal lead slip against Blackpool, but I'll give them another chance against Hull, who looked so bad at home to Derby. WBA another team to hit the ground running and should out gun Posh.

Small stakes treble pays around 6.5/1 with SBK.

Marketa Vondrousova to beat Alison Van Uytvanck at 1.44 with Pinnacle

Happy even with this shorter price, Vondrousova is leagues above AvU these days and she cares about pre-GS events most of the time. She was fine in her first match as well, losing just two games. It was against a nobody, but the result shows that she's ready physically, etc.

Gingers not made for that heat, looks brutal out there.

There is absolutely no value in backing us mate, we are absolutely dog shit. We couldn't even muster a shot on target midweek and had the rely on a Preston player to shank it in yo his own net. Its desperate stuff from us at the minute. Sheffield United will win this at a canter.

OK, thanks for the head's up! Everyone back from Covid isolation now?
