  1. In the 12.07 Gerard Mentor won a better race than this in good style last time out, has another penalty to contend with here but that extra 7lb might not be enogh to stop him as he won that Class 4 race very easily indeed, winning by 18 lengths as he pleased, 4.3 on the exchanges, as we all know though, weight stops trains so I'll be having a saver on the Venetia Williams trained Natty Night, the stable is in great nick and a stable to follow in the coming weeks for sure, Natty Night was 3rd on seasonal debut and not given a hard time of it, the second and 8th came out to win next time out. Currently around the 4.4 mark.............wow....money spoke in that race, the winner well backed (halved in price) Dollar Bae looks thrown in for the Mares race in the 2.17 at Leicester. Second last time out to Poetic Music at levels, that one went on to be placed in a Listed Race and is rated 120 so Dollar Brae getting in here for her Handicap debut off 101, Jonjo's had 4 winners from his last 16 so is in fair form. Dollar Bae is currently around the 2.86 mark on betfair and is drifitng a little which is surprising. I'll have a saver on the Donald McCain trained Somewhat Clouday at 8.2.............Dollar Bae did looked thrown in and won nicely, nice to get the early price of 2.86 In the last at Thurles at 3.35, Champagne Auction looks too big, current around the 9.8 mark on the exchanges and a small amount at 2.4 exchanged in the 4 tbp market, early days of course. Last time out he was a first time stable switcher and came home at 40/1 having been pulled up in his previous two races. This race is similar in strength to the one he won but he is coming back in trip hence the price. The second and third in that race have both come out and won giving the form a solid look to it and his 7lb rise in the weights looks fair to me. Win and place bet (4tbp)....11 and 3.0 tbp taken........................hit 1.01 in the place market but was headed on the line to finish 5th. Good luck whatever you back/lay today. An edit here, this is what Middleham Racing are saying about Parkhill Dancer in the 1.10 Market Rasen, housed in the Hendserson stable. Currently 2.46 on betfair. Racing Update: Possibly the most exciting young National Hunt horse we have on our books. Unbeaten in his two races so far, this half-brother to the Grade 2 winning hurdler, Song For Someone, spreadeagled his opposition in his latest bumper at Exeter, sauntering to a 17 lengths, head in chest victory in a very good time. Awarded both Racing Post and Timeform ratings that day, commensurate with those of a high-class recruit. Undergoing the schooling process at Nicky’s Seven Barrows Stables, he’s pretty much ready to debut, and who knows where he will take us….? Goes about his business in a no-nonsense fashion at home. Grand National winning, former jockey, Marcus Armitage often rides him at home and they get on well. His race entries/declarations will show on this page: He is entered at Market Rasen on Thursday.

    NFL Week 13

NFL Week 13 Predictions (1) Vikings to win ATS -3.0 points @ 10/11 The Jets will be popular with the public who will think Mike White was magic last week. It was against the Bears minus Justin Fields! Could they beat the Vikings with Cousins, Jefferson, Thielen and Cook. The answer is no Vikings have won 11 straight as favourites. (2) Browns to win ATS -7.0 points @ 10/11 The Texans are tanking and want the number one pick. The browns with Amari Cooper, Nick Chubb, Miles Garrett and Deshaun Watson will take this. (3) Steelers to win ATS -1.0 points @ 10/11 Steelers have the better defence, better coach and better QB. In short Steelers are the better team. (4)Jags to win ATS -1.0 point @ 10/11 Despite being 4-7 the Jags and Trevor Lawrence have a positive points record (+12) whilst the 4-7 Lions have a negative points difference (-35). It’s time for Trevor to shine. (5) Saints to win ATS +3.5 points @ 10/11 Picking a team who did not score last week could be risky however the Saints are 10-3 SU in their last 13 games at Tampa Bay. Whilst the Bucs, are 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games at home. Bet: 10 x 1 point trebles 5 x 3 point 4 timers 5 point accumulator 30 points staked All prices Bet365

  25. I think a lot of us had this group down as being done and dusted with a simple Spain and Germany qualification but Japan's win over Germany in the opening round and then Japan's loss to Costa Rica has blown things wide open. Even Spain, who won their opening game 7-0 against Costa Rica, are not safe yet. If Japan and Costa Rica both win then we've got some upsets on our hands! I can't help but feel we've seen the best of Japan and Costa Rica already though. I think Spain will be business-like and efficient against Japan to see them off. I also feel Germany should have enough to get a solid win over Costa Rica. Fingers crossed, we see no surprises on Thursday! Oh, and yes, I am slamming down my Takefusa Kubo bet because I'm a sentimental sap! I urge you to not follow that one though! Kubo! Kubo! Kubo! blimey, Jimmy was atrocious. Williams beat him 4-0 and without even hitting a 50+ break. That's just insane when you look at the recent form. Very odd. As for today, I'll be taking Day to continue his good form. Day has looked good for a couple months now and I think he has the beating of Walden this afternoon. I'll also go with a 4-fold once again with PP. Money back, as usual, if one loses. 5.5pts R.Day to beat R.Walden 10/11 bet365 1.5pts Day, Guodong, Craigie and Joe O'Connor (+1.5 handicap) 10.5/1 paddypower

  27. Croatia vs Belgium Croatia enjoyed a memorable campaign in the World Cup 2018, and they want to repeat it this time. However, things haven't gone smoothly for them so far. Morocco held Vatreni to a goalless draw, while Canada's early goal scared Croatian fans. Nevertheless, this team refused to die, and they played excellently under pressure to clinch a convincing 4-1 victory. That success launched them to the top of the table, but the Red Devils are just a point behind them. Their fate depends only on their display in the upcoming match, as remaining undefeated could see them progress to the Round of 16. It's been a highly concerning World Cup campaign for Belgium, who looked sluggish but got the job done on matchday one against Canada before recently firing a blank and falling to a 2-0 defeat to Morocco on Sunday. Long-term coach Roberto Martinez must now rally the troops for this tournament-defining showdown. Indeed Belgium's World Cup campaign has been fraught with doubt and suspicion. There is a growing concern that Martinez is trying to cling to Belgium's 'Golden Generation' from four years ago. Still, the reality hasn't allowed his aging stars to recreate the magic of 2018, leading to some very lukewarm showings. The Red Devils need to show their best display so far in the tournament to secure the top-two finish in the group stage. Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction It is going to be a close game that can easily go either way. However, Croatia seemed more confident in this tournament, while the atmosphere in Belgium's locker room seems far from ideal. Therefore, we don't think Croatia will lose this match. Goals Market Prediction Belgium won't surrender without a fight, and we believe the Red Devils are able to find the opponent's back of the net at least once. That's why neither team should keep the clean sheet in this encounter. Croatia AH +0 @ 2.00 BTTS Yes @ 1.80 Correct score 2:1 @ 10.00

  28. Japan vs Spain Japan will be really disappointed to have followed up that 2-1 win over Germany with a 1-0 defeat against Costa Rica. The Japanese players seemed to think that if they turned up, they would beat Costa Rica due to the fact that their opponents had been trashed 7-0 in their opening game. However, Costa Rica defended manfully and scored with their first and only shot on target in this World Cup and are now in with a chance of progressing into the knockout stage. That result has complicated the situation in Group E, and now all teams have the opportunity to advance to the knockout stage. Despite sitting in 2nd place at the moment, Japan needs to avoid a defeat in this match to keep realistic chances of staying in the tournament. Spain hasn't qualified just yet and won't want to make the same mistake Japan did in their last game and assume that they will pick up a point. Lusi Enrique's side has 4pts on the board after a win against Costa Rica and a draw with Germany but should go on to pick up at least the point they need against Japan if they play similarly to how they did in the opening two matches. Spain scored seven goals without replay against Costa Rica on matchday 1, and three of their last five games have ended with at least three goals being scored. La Furia Roja is close to clinching the top spot finish in the group stage, but they need to guard themselves against complacency. Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction Although Japan shouldn't be underestimated, Spain has a much more quality roster. We don't think the European team will allow any surprises, and they might win by more than a goal. Goals Market Prediction Japan will focus on its quick transition, which might endanger Spain's goal. We should see an entertaining match with at least three goals in total. Spain AH -1 @ 1.65 Over 2.5 FT @ 1.75 Correct score 1:3 @ 12.00

  29. Canada vs Morocco Morocco have performed miracles in the opening two games. They will advance if they can repeat their group-stage performances regardless of what is going to transpire in the other match in the group. I believe Canada will be eliminated from the World Cup. Pick: Morocco win

  30. Japan Vs Spain When two teams are compared, Spain performs more steadily. Spain perform well this season, getting 1W-1D in group fixtures. So far, they have scored 8 goals but conceded only 1 goal. It is believed that Spain are going to win. Pick: 2 BTTS: Y Spain to Score First

Second set of selections (6) Bills to win ATS -4.0 points @ 10/11 If the Patriots want to go toe to toe with the Bills then the Patriots will come unstuck. (7) Raiders to win against the money line @ 21/20 This will be close and high scoring. I am hoping Josh Jacob’s has a monster game. (8) Dolphins to win ATS +4.0 points @ 10/11 I love the 49Ers who I believe are bound for the Super-Bowl however, the Dolphins have a great passing offence which could help Miami keep this close. (9) NY Giants to win against the money line @ 23/20 Washington’s good run is predicted to come to an end here. New York is 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings overall with Washington. (10) Packers to win against the money line @ 20/37 The Chicago Bears are 1-7 ATS in their last eight games against NFC North opponents. (1) Bengals to win ATS –1.5 points @ 10/11- Won – Bengals win by four 20-16 The Bengals (6-4) are chasing the Ravens (7-3) in the AFC North and with difficult fixtures ahead, the Bengals need this win. Bengals needed the win and got it. (2) Bills to win ATS -9.5 points @ 10/11- Lost – Bills win but only by three 28-25 Josh Allen in a Thanksgiving TV game against one of the worst defences in the NFL makes the Bills an obvious choice. (3) LA Chargers to win ATS -4.5 points @ 10/11- Lost – Chargers win but only by one 25-24 Playing away from home does not worry the Chargers who are 39-19-3 against the spread in their last 61 Road games. Whilst the Cardinals are not that impressive at home being 2-8 against the spread in its last 10 Home games. Chargers seem to have the Cardinals number being 4-1 against the spread in the last 5 meetings. Not this time. (4)The Colts to win ATS -2.5 points @ 10/11- Lost – The Steelers win 24-17 this could have been a different result if the Colts had played properly in the first half. The Colts still have a chance to keep their season going. The return to form of Jonathon Taylor could be a big factor in this game. Steelers play better at home and are 3-7 against the spread in their last 10 games on the Road. The Colts had zero yards offence in the first quarter and were 13-0 behind. (5) New England Patriots to win ATS +2.5 points @ 10/11- Lost – Vikings win a shoot out 33-26 The Vikings (8-2) were demolished by Dallas but still have a massive lead over the chasing teams (4 wins) in the NFC North. They do not need the win as much as the Patriots. Their defence is number one in the NFL only allowing 87 passing yards in the last two games. Good exciting game, could have gone either way. (6) 49Ers to win ATS -9.5 points @ 10/11 – Won - 49Ers win 13-0 Battling with Seattle in the NFC West, the 49Ers need to beat the Saints. I think the 49Ers are bound for the Super Bowl whilst the Saints struggle to score. Saints four wins have all been against modest opposition the Falcons (5-6), Seahawks (5-5), Rams (3-7) and Raiders (3-7). The Saints are also 2-6 ATS in the last 8 meetings. The 49Ers defence was immense. (7) Seahawks to Win ATS – 3.5 points @10/11- Lost – Seahawks lose 34-40 in overtime Home advantage could be the deciding factor here. The Seahawks Lumen Field is so noisy it is always difficult for the away team. Seattle also need a win to keep pace with the 49Ers. The Seahawks defence allowed the Raiders a massive 576 yards of offence. That is horrendous. (8) Packers to win ATS +7points @ 10/11 – Draw – Eagles won 40-33 with Aaron Rodgers throwing two interceptions. The Eagles (9-1) have been cooling off in the past few weeks. A win will suffice whereas Green Bay are desperate. With Aaron Rodgers anything is possible. Rodgers injured. (9) Jets to win ATS -4.5 points @ 10/11- Won – Easy for Jets 31-10 The Bears have done well with Justin Fields leading the offence. If he does not play (or carries an injury) the Jets could keep up their AFC East chances. Justin Fields did not play. (10) Dolphins to win ATS -13 points @ 10/11- Won – Dolphins won 30-15 after leading 30-0 Home advantage is huge for Miami. The Dolphins are 8-3 against the spread in their last 11 games at Home. Easy win for Miami.

  37. Croatia vs Canada Twenty years after Croatia qualified for their first World Cup as an independent country, in which they finished third, Croatia once again surprised everyone and reached the final at the World Cup in Russia. However, Vatreni haven’t enjoyed a successful start here. A goalless draw against Morocco certainly is not enough for their ambitions at this tournament. Although not many people expect this team to reach similar heights in Qatar, Croatia has to be respected and not underestimated. The first of the two tough tasks is ahead of them on Sunday evening, and Luka Modric and the lads need to produce a more efficient display. A victory could see them being much closer to a place in the knockout round. Canada’s presence in the 2022 World Cup after 36 years means they will be making history against some of the bigwigs in the competition. The Canadians have already played ten matches in 2022 between January and September. However, four losses during that period, meaning they still have some issues to be addressed. They didn’t score in three of the defeat, and while the other six games were clean-sheet victories, it will take more than just good form to win against Croatia. The Maple Leafs need a good plan for the big tournament. With players like Lille’s Jonathan David in the attacking and Alphonso David, who has been a phenomenal winger for Bayern, there is a good stock of experienced players to depend on. The lack of experience on major stages was noticeable against Belgium when Canada suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat. Although they had 20 attempts on goal and missed a penalty, with better performance overall, they couldn’t pick up at least a point. Nevertheless, they will try to fix these issues on Sunday. Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction It is going to be a close game that can easily go either way. Canada put a better performance in the opening round against a strong opponent, and the CONCACAF team might remain undefeated in this clash. Goals Market Prediction We expect both teams to be more efficient in this encounter, as they have pretty talented offenses. That’s why neither side should keep its net intact in this encounter. I've had Takefusa Kubo in my Mallorca team a couple of years back when he was there on loan from Real Madrid.
