Hi everyone Shortly after Avongirl’s (hereafter Helen) most recent post on Tuesday afternoon this week, Helen was taken ill and two days later ended up in hospital. This led to a serious operation this evening (it is still Friday as far as I am concerned) but that all went well and I’m sure she will be back on here shortly. I would say that she will explain more then, but the last 3 days are actually a bit of a mystery to her so we will see how it will be communicated. Suffice to say, Helen is on the road to recovery and she or I will update on her progress shortly. Thanks

Quite pleased with that run , jock put a bit of pressure on and she didn't shy away . Closing thisdown due to work commitments .....as you can see it's a bit of a rollercoaster.....I definitely think value bets are the way but not with this selection process .....the big priced 20/1 25/1 are probably once or twice a month that propel you forward but youd have to put on hundreds of bets for a relatively small profit .....an enjoyable experiment though and still about 70pts in profit but work have upped my hours so literally only 1 day off for next few weeks so no time to trawl through possibles
