Big John is serving like out of this world in Miami.. Totally incredible serving and we've seen that from him before and when he's in that sort of serving form it's virtually impossible to break him. Nobody creates breakpoints on the Isner serve right now and he can go on like that all day long. I don't know if Roger or Kevin Anderson can stop big John in Miami this season. Maybe Felix AA or his compatriot can? Who's gonna stop the servebot?

Harriet Dart to beat Cristina Bucsa at 1.53 with Pinnacle Harriet Dart is having an excellent first half of the season, having qualified for the Australian Open and losing only to names like Sevastova or Barthel, both of which are miles above Bucsa. She took a small break, but her win over the dangerous Minnen from the first round shows that she should be ready to go - and, in theory, she should be at least a level above Bucsa in terms of virtually everything.

Felix Auger-Aliassime to beat Borna Coric at 2.20 with bet365 Considering the recent form of both players Felix should be the favorite player here. He's playing better than Coric. Felix has win in straight sets in his last 2 matches against Hurkacz (who was playing very well) and the always dangerous Basilashvili. Coric has been very lucky with his opponents. He has played against 2 players in a bad shape (Chardy & Carballes) and a clown (Kyrgios) but all these players have take a set from him.

Despite Federer being an old man, I think he has only lost twice this year. I think in his old age, he might be targeting ATP 500 and Master's tournaments more strongly than in the past - he's still really quite good in the 3-set format. Federer also has a 2-0 H2H against Medvedev, both played last year (and on hard). Safer bet would be for Medvedev to win a set or selecting "over x games" (I haven't looked at my bookie yet at what the overs line has been set at yet).

Pliskova to beat vondrousova at 1.72 bet365 i know pliskova is sort of struggling and vondrousova is having the season of her life but I have watched 2 of her matches (Mertens and strycova) and she just seems a level below pliskova, especially her serve can be very weak.. anyone else think at this price it’s a gift ?

Medvedev has looked good from what I seen, I am not sure which Roger is showing today, and I have decided to stay away from it for specific random reasons... but there does appear to be some value on it

@eros good thoughts.. I didn't even realize you're doing that on your picks.. I have been impressed by them lately, and I urge you to continue with the good work carefully. confidence level will be 2/10 cuz I am not familiar with either player.. Cheers.. looks like value tho.. CP liked the post, so he must know one of them atleast.

Market Rasen 4.50 Family Man - 11/1 bet365 win thanks Family Man - from Nigel Twiston-Davies and keeping with the horses name its Sam Twiston-Davies in the saddle of the 6yo who's only had the five races two at PTP where he found 3rd and 2nd place but the three rules race he never made the frame, His last run was 35 days ago at Ludlow 3m maiden hurdle going good and Sam was in saddle for first time when beaten by 33 lengths in 7th place , I would say Sam was doing a fact finder on horse as the visor goes on for first time today plus a furlong less to 2m 7f, He also gets his handicap debut today off 108

Getting closer to that first winner Billy, the “Racer” was second at 12/1. Last Page 20.00 Kempton (Bet365 7/1) Rated 94 as a two year old, Last Page competed with listed sprinters but his future could be over further. Following a change of trainer and a six month break, he returned to this track in January where he was well supported over 6f and only just failed to land the gamble by a nose. His only other run this year was at Lingfield where he tried 7f for the very first time and only gave way in the final few yards. With this experience under his belt and rated just 79, he should be race fit to do himself justice.

Over 2.5 Goals a Different Method

For those that are interested I have been working on a new Selection method for next season which I hope will perform a bit better than I have done so far this season ( That being said all selections backed are only showing a loss of 3.85pts from 112 selections)The above stat has convinced me that there is hope in the selection method. The new selections will be rated using the same criteria as the original i.e 3 lowest pts from both home and away but it will use a new rating method (Highest being the selection) The new Rating method will use Goals per game and Points per game this combined with table positions and games being won give the selection Back testing over the last 2 seasons is looking promising although it does not always make a selection even when their are enough qualifying games in the round.(for my own personal use it also displays Home and away stats for the game when a Game is clicked in the list) see below image I will carry on posting the original selections as promised until the end of the season. Hopefully I will be able to start next season with the new selection method more than likely under a different thread any comments or ideas are welcome
