D.Thiem/R.Nadal - Over 3.5 sets at 1.86 with Unibet I wasn't originally planning to have any bets on the finals, but, with Halep delivering the best possible result today and with Unibet offering very decent odds, I'm going to go for this one. Thiem appears to be the only player that can seriously trouble Nadal with his heavy shots, good serves, and excellent fitness, so I fancy him to do some damage tomorrow. I honestly think that Nadal is a bit overrated right now, as he hasn't really been tested by anyone. Only Diego raised to the occasion and took a set, while the likes of Del Potro a

  9. Alex De Minaur to beat Jeremy Chardy at 1.83 with bet365 Best possible bet for me here is Alex to beat Jeremy. Saw Alex against Matt Ebden yesterday and it was'nt a bad effort by Matt but he just got completely outplayed by 19 year old Alex. Jeremy could take this with his experience which probably has carried him through to the final this week because he hasn't played better than Alex. Grass is a surface that suits the aussie and he's won all matches pretty nicely in straight sets all week with only one tie-break so I'll take him to win this. Alex should be the winner here to celebrate h

  14. Ashleigh Barty 6.00 to win WTA Nottingham Bet365 Barty twice in a row quarter finalist at Nottingham, only losing to Konta and Karolina Pliskova in the past. The draw has been very kind to her, with Konta/Vekic/Rybarikova/Giorgi on the opposite side of the draw. Looking at the half of the draw Barty is in, it seems pretty average. Seeded players on her side are Naomi Osaka, Diyas and Buznarescu. Naomi Osaka is in there but I don't see her as a potential threat on the grass and Buznarescu has no record on playing grass. Last year Barty pushed Kvitova and Mugaruza on grass and I think

  16. Ferrari and Sebastian Vettel will be hard to beat in Montreal tonight after a superb session in qualifying. Whilst pole position is not everything here a fast, reliable car is and Vettel looked a good way in front of the pack. He's 4/5 with Unibet which I think is a bit generous when you think in recent weeks the pole sitter has been around the 4/9 mark. Hamilton is back in 4th and looks to have it all to do but more interestingly is the fact that Red Bull will start on the quicker tyre after a gamble with their strategy. They will need a bit of luck early on but turn the race on its head

  20. Reminds me of a competition with SPIN several years ago for the World Cup (2002 to be precise). You had to pick 6 or 8 teams and scored points based on how they did, goals, cards, progress etc. The winner's prize was linked to so many units of the World Cup winner's currency. I was in contention for much of the competition and ultimately finished 3rd out of thousands of entrants. My prize was essentially the £ equivalent of 1,000 Turkish Lira! Cue an apologetic call from SPIN and the offer of a goody bag of branded merch as some reward for my efforts.

  23. Ayoub el kaabi has 11 goals in 9 appearances for morocco. I don't know if he will start but is as big as 12/1 with b365 top morocco goalscorer so worth the risk imo.

  24. Haven't watched him.I saw Roberto Cid beating both Dellien and Ofner and i must say he was pretty solid. Hanfmann is better than both of them and should prevail eventually but no doubt Cid will give it a go.I will be on over 21.5 games @ 1.83 with bet365 as i definetely think this will be a classic
