  1. 4.00 Lingfield AMANTO @ 33/1 Ladbrokes Only his third run on the flat, would have a chance here on his 3/4L third at the track over 2m, wasn't beaten far on his subsequent run. Rated 124 over hurdles and this is his third run for the stable since being sold out of the Nicholls yard, his first run on boxing day was encouraging behind Divine Spear but slight concern is the reported breathing problems on his next outing. 33/1 shots are always going to have risks attached and now the race has broken up every chance he go well at a big price.

  2. Eastleigh v Aldershot I really don't understand how the bookies have priced this game up like they have. You have a team who have only won one of their last 13 league games and have lost four of their last five, playing a team who are unbeaten in their last 9 league games and have won six of them. The team in bad form are 15th in the table and have 42 points, whilst the team in form are 6th on 57 points and are just 2 points of the play-offs. If I said one team was a best price of 5/4 and the other a best of 12/5 you would think the side in 6th are the 5/4 shots, but amazingly they aren't. Richard Hill was pretty scathing after his first game back in charge of Eastleigh on Saturday when they lost 3-0 to Dover. Martin Allen's reign was unsuccessful and Eastleigh clearly need a lot of work. Aldershot have been impressing in recent weeks and even their away has improved after looking a bit dodgy for most of the season. I just can't believe they are 23/10 (Marathon) and it looks a fantastic bet. Enfield v Billericay I still can't believe Billericay didn't beat Grays just over a week ago given their superb form at the moment and they were back to winning ways when beating Hendon on Saturday. They look a big price at 2/1 (Marathon) to follow up on Tuesday night. Enfield aren't in great form at the moment having lost five of their last seven. The Grays blip aside, Billericay look the best side in the division at the moment and I think they should be favourites to win this game.

  5. BRIGHTON V NEWCASTLE SELECTIONS My gut feeling is that we won't lose tonight. As I said before Newcastle are going to have to come and take the game to us, especially as they have another tough game on Saturday. They will want to try and take something from this game. I feel that this will play into Brightons hands, and our quick counter attacking style could prove decisive. A draw will suit us nicely though, we will be reminding the away end which team is still top at the end of the game, if that happens! However, I fancy the corner markets again. In their last 5 away league games, Newcastle lead the count 29-22. Brightons last 5 home league games yield a loss of 31-20 If Brighton go a goal up, then Newcastle will have to up the intensity and attack, attack, attack So I am going for Newcastle most corners 2.25 Newcastle +1 corner handicap 1.8

  6. This week we have 3 tournaments, 2 250 and 1 500. Almost all the top players are taking part in these tournaments. Dubai with RF Murray Stan RBA Monfils and Acapulco with Nadal Nole Thiem Goffin and many more so yeah this week we'll have good tennis. Even if Dubai and Acapulco are on hard court, conditions here tend to be on the slow side which normally should give an edge to good returners especially in Acapulco which is one of the slowest hard court tournaments on tour. I fancy two players in this first round in Acapulco. The first one being Lorenzi, he will face Yen Hsun Lu. Conditions as I said are on the slow side so this should favour the Italian who has improved considerably on hard court during the last year. Lu is a player more adapted to the fast asian courts so I think he might feel unconfortable in Mexico. Lu is not having a good year so far IMO, he's 3-5 so far, but two of the three matches that he won were due to a big choke from his opponent. Khachanov lost the match himself after being a set and a break up against Lu and then Fratangelo lost it incredibly after being a set and DOUBLE break up. Odds on Lorenzi are now around the 2.5 mark which I consider value. I would make him a slight favourite for this match. Then the other one I fancy is the Dog, he is facing Cilic in the first round but form of these players is going in different directions. Dolgopolov has had a good run in the South American clay court tournaments, on the other hand Cilic has had a terrible year and he's had massive losses (Brown Kovalik) I might say he hasn't recovered yet from his massive choke in the davis Cup final. Dolgopolov reach the semifinals here last year and he outplayed Tomic during the first two sets. He's playing now on hard after playing two weeks on clay but as I sais conditions here are pretty slow so he might not need too much time to adapt to these conditions. Only concern is that he retired from his last match but I think it was more a precaution. Odds on him are around 3 and I'll have a small bet on him. Then in Sao Paulo where conditions are a bit quick (altitude) even if its a clay court tournament, I fancy Monteiro against Berlocq. Last year the brazilian lost against eventual champion Cuevas in the QF. He also had a good run in Gstaad last year where conditions are a bit fast due to the altitude. He's around 2.25 so I'll take him to beat Berlocq. He's got a handy draw so I'm also on him to win it all at 30 EW. 2.5 units on Lorenzi to beat Lu at 2.45 2.5 units on Monteiro to beat Berlocq at 2.25 1.5 units on Dog to beat Cilic at 3.1 good luck to everyon this week

  7. 3.55 Wolves KING ROBERT @ 16/1 Betway Was thought good enough to run in the Group 2 Mill Reef as a 2yo and was far from disgraced, has only had 6 runs since the best being over CD. Was only beaten 1 1/2l that day despite being hampered. Down to a mark of 89 today and a wide draw and first time visor may help him settle better than his last two outings where his free running has cost him. Ben Curtis takes the ride today having only ridden for the stable twice previously.

  8. Hello A lot of you follow my systems. First with 50goal odds, which was succesfull, then we start with progresive way and we fail. Now i Will try some semi-progresive system with low odds. This is if we miss first bet, second is more progresive! But if we fail also second, then we start all over but only with small stakes...if we lost 2 in a row, our bank can collapse by 20-30%. But still we have some money to play. If we Will be succesful, then i think that ROI on the week can be more than 10%. Are you with me?? Lets GO!

  10. That's not the worst looking bet at the 4/1 available. I've also bought cross corners at the generally available 26 (home x away). Having taken on board Tiffy's views about Newcastle's prospects I'd rather have both teams on side and be less dependent on the game going a particular way. That line's just low enough to tempt me in. For a fixed odds bet, PP offer evens for Newcastle multi corners to be >4.5 and that looks decent to me.

  11. I've bought the hotshots in Brighton v Newcastle at 26 with SPIN (25 points per Murray, Baldock, Gouffran or Ritchie goal) Sometimes this market offers a price that appears to offer clear value however I look at it. That's not the case here but the 25-29 on offer elsewhere is more like what I'd have expected to see. File under "fair at worst and a decent way of having an interest", with your risk spread across four players who all offer a reasonable goal threat.

  14. Brilliant Barnsley Not just for the cracker today but also the 16/1 winner yesterday to give yourself a chance. As Billy ALWAYS says keep posting as you never know , Barnsley was in 28th spot with just two days to go so if he hadn't bothered posting over the final two days wouldn't have even made the KO cup competition. Great final day

  22. Walsall v Chesterfield Walsall have lost twice in their last 9 matches and have won their last 5 home games, the forward duo of Morris and Oztumer are both fit. Chesterfield have not won under their new manager, and have won once since boxing day (against coventry), they have drawn the last 2 away matches but got a 4-0 thumping from Oxford at the weekend, their away form is W1 D4 L 12. Walsall will be up for it with the home crowd behind them and want to bounce back from their defeat at wimbledon, Walsall manager also says that they must not be complacent stating- “These are the games where we have to be on the mettle. We have to match their energy, passion and commitment. Then we can play our football.” Chesterfield are poor and lost decent players in January, cant see them turning the corner against walsall. http://www.chesterfield-fc.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/preview-walsall-3597589.aspx Chesterfield preview http://www.expressandstar.com/sport/walsall-fc/2017/02/28/jon-whitney-strugglers-will-provide-tough-test-for-walsall/ Walsall manager Walsall @ 1.83 Stevenage v Leyton Orient Stevenage have hit a run of form since the end of January winning 5 and drawing 1 (Exeter away) and have scored 10 conceded 2 in their last 5 home wins. Manager Sarll has a fully fit squad and are just 2 points away from the play-offs. Leyton Orient despite a mini revival when beatin plymouth and drawing against Yeovil, have since reverted to their shit ways by losing their next 2 games (both at home) to Notts County and cheltenham - both similarly struggling teams. Orient are relying on youngsters but are also hit by injuries (see preview). They do however tend to score goals away from home, only failing to score in 4 away matches. According to footystats.org 75% of stevenages home games had both teams scoring, and 67% of Orients away games had both scoring. http://www.leytonorient.com/news/article/2016-17/os-boss-webb-on-stevenage-visit-3598151.aspx - Orient preview http://www.stevenagefc.com/news/article/2016-17/up-next-leyton-orient-h-3597182.aspx - stevenage preview Stevenage & BTTS @ 3.75

  26. Brighton V Newcastle Match Facts Brighton's only defeat in their last seven matches against Newcastle in all competitions (W4 D2) came earlier this campaign in a 2-0 loss at St. James' Park. The Magpies have never scored a goal at the Amex Stadium in two previous games there, both in the FA Cup. The Seagulls have lost one of their last 19 home league games on a Tuesday (W14 D4), losing 1-0 to Ipswich in December 2015. Newcastle, meanwhile, haven't lost an away game on a Tuesday since going down to Spurs in December 2010, winning four and drawing three since. Magpies striker Daryl Murphy has scored in each of his last four Championship appearances against Brighton (four goals). Murphy is the highest scoring Championship opposition player at the Amex (since 2011-12), netting four goals in five previous appearances. The Magpies are yet to win a Championship game in which they've conceded the first goal this season (D1 L6), while Brighton have won 18 out of 18 games in which they've scored first.

  29. I don't see how Juventus could loose, i'll be tempted to back them @1.7, I don't see either Napoli's players fighting like hell... They were poor against atalanta, i don't see how they could resist juventus.. I might combine that with a draw no bet for Roma...

  30. I'm tempted to back Valencia, but their two top scorer (Mina and Rodrigo) are out, injuries in defense too, ... tough one... But Leganes away is garbage, they've also a few injuries, and i'm still impressed with Valencia's win against Real, so BTTS could be a good bet here, or an acca with valencia in a draw no bet, and malaga also in Dnb... Don't see both side loosing, and i've a feeling that Malaga is going to do a good match, Betis is terrible away even if they played recently good matchs against Barca or Sevilla, not sure they'll have the same grinta in this game. Real Sociedad-Eibar: BTTS is the safe bet for me too here (as Notorious).. No doubt on this one... Could be a draw at the end, both team scores and defend well, both haven't done a draw since ages... Maybe it's the good time to back a draw here (with BTTS or not).. Without their top scorer Willian José, a win of Sociedad is tough to back, mostly because the opposition is one of the best team currently in spanish liga.. BTTS@1.7

  35. Valuable! Haha, Injust hope some of the info proves useful! But thanks for that @StevieDay1983 That period you refer to was before I came on board. I had just moved to Sussex from Luton, and you couldn't get a ticket at the Withdean. It wasn't till my son started supporting Brighton that I got back into watching live football again. We have had season tickets since the Amex was built, and I have seen the transition of the club. Through my job, I talk to many footy fans, most of whom are Albions supporters, so I understand the club & all that it stands for. But yes, what a time to be alive, I just they can go all the way this season. We have the best Chairman, the best chief exec, a great manager & a great squad. The ground, training facilities & ongoing development means that the foundations are laid for us to play at a higher level. oh, and don't forget pie-ology will come into play tomorrow night too!

  36. Agree with the Aldershot and Solihull picks, I might consider Sutton @ 2.05. Sutton must be buoyed by their away win at Torquay and are impressive at home, and Boreham Wood have 1 win in last 12 league games. Sutton will be focused on getting away from the relegation zone whilst Boreham Wood are comfortably mid-table. Might look into Nuneaton after our impressive (unexpected) win against Boston.
