  1. Did Rod Lawler just miss an easy red from mid table to corner? No wonder the man never won a ranking title.
  2. Interesting to see where she goes in the rankings. She is of chinese ethnicity and born in New Zeeland and lived a long time in Switzerland hence why she represented the Swiss nation before this. At 22 years old maybe a future decent top 100 or close to it?
  3. Seems like Tour Championship 2024 between the Marks is likely to end in a chaotic finish where Williams comes up short.
  4. Thanks @CzechPunter I'll likely move on some late night tennis in Charleston or Houston or both..
  5. 👌 Ronnie O'Sullivan looked great in his new attire at the Tour Championship, but afterwards admitted he's had to give psychiatrist Steve Peters a call to help sort out his unhappiness about the game. “I’ve just decided I’m going to change my thinking and forget about trying to fathom my game out. If I change my thinking I can accept whatever is thrown at me and take whatever. “It’s been a hard year, drove myself pretty much insane really. It’s just got to me. I decided to speak to Steve Peters, said I wasn’t happy. “I had to go back to basics and get my head right. Deal with it because doing it the other way round isn’t working. I’ve got to accept that’s life. You can’t be perfect all the time and trying to be perfect all the time is not ideal. “Just getting my head around it is the only option I’ve have left. I’ve driven myself mad for the last two years and not enjoyed any of it.”
  6. Well he's lost to Vaffaei before in a minor event so it doesn't surprise me it happened again in another minor event. You can see when he's not interested.
  7. 🤑 "With such good money on offer in Riyadh, where the final must surely be the most valuable best-of-nine frames snooker match ever played, expect Ronnie O'Sullivan and Judd Trump to be back on song and chomping at the bit. "It's clear the players are really keen to embrace this new investment in the sport, which to be frank, is needed. Next week will offer big money to the biggest stars who are probably doing very well anyway, but when next season comes around and we have a 128-man ranking event which we are expecting to have another big purse, that’s when some of those trying to make the game pay lower down the rankings will have a real chance to earn that big pay day. I know those players are relieved to have that opportunity. "Snooker’s first ever 167 maximum break could be made, if the stars align and the new Golden Ball is potted at the end of any maximum. "It might seem like a gimmick at this stage, and I’m not sure if it will catch on, but by all accounts we are expecting a very big prize to be offered for anyone able to do it. We’ve had instances in the past where Ronnie has turned down making a maximum break in protest at what he has seen as poor reward – that most certainly won’t be the case next week." Neal Foulds on next week's lucrative Riyadh Masters.
  8. I agree that Osorio is overvalued, she's not one of those you can trust
  9. Folks please don't bet against Errani. She's been on a serious comeback trail for a long time. No player in her age has as high a gear as Sara right now and it's bound to continue for a whole lot of years especially in doubles and she's given Jasmine Paolini a lot of inspiration to reach new heights both in singles and doubles. Whom ever Sara will face she will keep it tight or cruise to victory like she did when teaching Tatjana Maria another lesson recently.
  10. Peyton is an interesting player and I fancy her on the bigger handicap -5.5 at aound 3.25 with most bookies
  11. Jaume Munar to beat (-1.5 set) Facundo Bagnis at 2.375 with Mrgreen Seems like Jaume could be the player to beat this week. I expect him to cruise past Bagnis.
  12. Sara Errani to beat Karolina Pliskova at 3.90 with Mrgreen I belive in Sara again, Pliskova is struggling.
  13. Abdullah Shelbayh to beat Alexander Blockx at 1.70 with Mrgreen I once again have to fancy Shelbayh to get another win here. None of them has been particularly good so far but Shelbayh has the bigger game and the odds look right so I'll have a go on Shelbayh again after his nice win over Goffin. Blockx still has some work to do to get to the same level as Shelbayh.
