Is Over2.5/Under2.5 the best way to bet???

But anyhows, i am still trying to find my feet with football betting, i am finding it quite difficult if i am honest.
Have been researching over the past 2 weeks, and 1 thing dawned on me today. When you back something, you want decent odds with high probability, right? In the normal market, you have 3 possible outcomes, home win, draw, away win. I think tbh you'll find that the overs / unders are around 50% in the championship, so you'll often
